Very poor
Pros:

A previous stay in same building different room, different management group.

Cons:

Much.. I clearly booked 4 person's .. paid 2x what was reasonable.. then after it was to late to cancel I was shook down for more money. They said 5000p per night was just for 2 and insisted on 1100 more with no receipt. Also the beds were small and uncomfortable. The room was small. The security was obviously not happy being receptionists and had to hold everyone's ID. This management group should be avoided!
