Brilliant hotel
Pros:

Close to the town centre, the bazaar.
The hotel was lovely and the staff were really accomodating. Will deffo book again.

Un loc minunat, cu o atmosferă în care ne-am simțit perfect! Personalul a fost foarte amabil și cu zâmbetul pe buze!
Amplasamentul este un alt atu pentru că ne-a permis accesul foarte facil către principalele atracții turistice!

Um Hotel incrivel !
Pros:

A hospitalidade e a recepção foram impecáveis. Ficamos em Istambul nos três primeiros dias da viagem em outro hotel e escolhemos o FER Hotel para os dois últimos dias, encerrando uma viagem de 17 dias.
O que mais me encantou foi a gentileza da equipe. Solicitei que algumas compras ficassem guardadas durante toda a nossa viagem para não precisarmos carregá-las e eles prontamente disponibilizaram o guarda-volumes sem qualquer dificuldade.
Outro ponto que nos surpreendeu positivamente foi o late check-out até as 13h, sem custo adicional, o que tornou nossa saída muito mais confortável.
Não sabemos se isso ocorreu por não ser alta temporada, mas foi um cuidado que fez toda a diferença.
Sem dúvida, uma experiência excelente e um hotel que recomendo em Istambul! (JUN/26)

Cafe da manha não esta incluso na hospedagem faria muita diferença para nós. Contratamos serviço a parte mas achei meio caro poderia ter tomado fora.
