Magica Istanbul ma non al Fer Hotel

Indubbiamente la posizione

Cons:

Soggiornato in suite romantica che sul sito di booking viene etichettata come piano alto, in realtà si è praticamente a piano strada, al massimo un piano terra rialzato. La camera è la 308, unica suite romantica dell’hotel ma non esiste un piano primo né un secondo bensì un piano terra denominato G (ground) dove c’è la reception, un pó più in basso del piano strada che è in leggera discesa, e subito dopo il 3, 4 e 5 che ovviamente non sono piani reali. In sintesi dalla strada possono vedere dentro camera tua e spesso siamo stati costretti a chiudere totalmente le tende. Nonostante l’insonorizzazione quando passano le macchine si sentono eccome vista l’estrema vicinanza alla strada.
Abbiamo gentilmente chiesto un cambio di sistemazione ma ci è stata proposta una camera standard più piccola ovviamente della suite e senza il rimborso della differenza.
Da un 4 stelle poi mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più dalla colazione che reputo appena sufficiente. Le luci della camera si fa fatica a capirne il funzionamento, provare per credere. Spazzolini da denti li abbiamo dovuti chiedere nonostante in foto siano fra le dotazioni, le cialde Nespresso pure, rifornimento giornaliero non l’abbiamo avuto, anche qua abbiamo dovuto farlo presente. Non all’altezza delle recensioni a mio modestissimo parere.

Pros:

Fer hotel was absolutely delightful, I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality and professionalism. The hotel is clean, modern and welcoming. Breakfast is great, location is perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank again all the team, it truly made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Special huge thank you to Onur and Erhan :).

Lovely hotel in great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting the main attractions and close to a Metro station. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Aircon did not stay on in room when you left it, always came back to a hot room but soon cooled down.
