We’ll definitely come again!
Pros:

I love the updated look! Love how they optimized the space,the blinds and view were great! We’re very impressed at how they transformed this hotel! The shower/ bathroom was very modern!

Cons:

The swimming pool was not up and running yet so we’re disappointed to not have been able to use this. Hopefully next time we come back it will be up and running!

It was a cozy and clean stay, but the internet and TV didn't work well.
Pros:

The view was amazing (especially the sunrise).
It was clean and cozy.

Cons:

The internet and TV.
Whether we were trying to use smartview, connect to the app already on the TV, or use the guide channels, it would freeze constantly or just disconnect.

The rest of the room was great and this didn't ruin the trip at all....it just would've been convenient to have some relaxation with mindless internet/TV viewing.

Heerlijk luxe verblijf.
Pros:

Schone luxe nieuwe kamer. Hele aardige receptionistes en schoonmaakpersoneel.

Cons:

Dat het zwembad voor onze dochter in renovatie was. En de prijs was redelijk hoog maar dat is in Vancouver normaal geloof ik.

Sufficient.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The manager was very accommodating when we brought up our concerns.

Cons:

The front desk staff were very friendly but completely and totally incompetent. They put us in a room that we did not book. The room we were sent to had exceptionally badly painted walls and piping coming out of the walls. It was WAY more expensive then it should have been.

Maybe after constuction it could be a bit more justified for the price but .
Pros:

The cleaning staff were very nice and well organized. The lady on the 10th floor cleaning was really kind and properly checked in each day.

Cons:

Front desk staff were a bit lacking when it came to a sense of urgency at times. Additionally, at the price point, and no immediate access to the sky train made it difficult to justify, and also that the ameneties were all closed for construction which I dont believe the price was shifted and accounted for? if it was then it still was too high. Lastly, the room we stayed in was missing the hair dryer and a light bulb in the corner for the lamp.
