Pésima atención al turista
Cons:

Que habian bloqueado mi tarjeta ya que se habia vencido el tiempo del ckec out y yo aun desayunando , estábamos pensando en pedir el otro dia pero despues de que nos habian bloqueado la tarjeta. Nos ha escoltado una chica para que retiraramos nuestras pertenencias y ella afuera esperando, fue muy vergonzoso aparte somos extranjeros

Y tienen tantas restricciones de las cuales son tediosos la manera que se lo explican

Atendentes só falaram de regras e multas, não pode isso, não pode aquilo..
Quarto com cheiro muito ruim
Toalhas com cheiro de cigarro e em péssimo estado
Banheiro dividido em 3 partes, sem ventilação e nenhum lugar para colocar roupa e toalha
Estávamos em 2 motos e cobraram estacionamento de uma
Restaurante fechava as 19h e as 18h15 só tinha praticamente hambúrguer
Café da manhã só depois das 8
Insetos, pernilongos...

Awful hotel.
Pros:

I yelled at the one receptionist after he took two phones calls instead of finishing with my arrival process. It was especially irritating when their were two other available receptionists available to take calls. Then he spent several minutes going over the many things not to do which includes not setting the ac too low even though there was no control for Ii t, only an on/off Wal switch. The ultimate hassle was being stopped from leaving because I hadn't brought my room key to the front desk inst we ad of leaving it in the room!
