Awful hotel.
Pros:

I yelled at the one receptionist after he took two phones calls instead of finishing with my arrival process. It was especially irritating when their were two other available receptionists available to take calls. Then he spent several minutes going over the many things not to do which includes not setting the ac too low even though there was no control for Ii t, only an on/off Wal switch. The ultimate hassle was being stopped from leaving because I hadn't brought my room key to the front desk inst we ad of leaving it in the room!
