Phòng ẩm mốc,dơ, không có nước nóng, cúp nước giữa chừng, phòng 4 người nhưng chỉ có 2 đôi dép ( có hỏi nhưng nói là do các khách khác làm đứt ), nhân viên không nhiệt tình, ở 2 ngày mà ko có người dọn phòng

Вид из окна, достаточно удобное расположение, недалеко от центра

Cons:

Был пустой отель, приехали вечером, нас заселяли час. Дали номер на третьем этаже, где холодно, нужно ждать пока нагреется вода в душе и вода стекает прям на пол и на унитаз стоящий рядом. Попросили переселить в аналогичный номер на первом этаже, видели, что он пустой, так как мы с двумя детьми и чемоданом (лифта соответственно нет), на что нам ответили - свободных номеров нет, все забронировано, извините. Персонал абсолютно не заинтересован в комфорте гостей
