تجربة مخيبة للتوقعات بسبب وجود الحشرات وتغييرات الغرف وضعف تعاون الموظفين، رغم سمعة الفندق وموقعه الجيد.

موقع الفندق جيد وتصميمه جميل، كما أن مستوى المرافق مقبول بشكل عام، إلا أن التجربة الفعلية للإقامة لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق يحمل اسم نوفوتيل.

Cons:

للأسف لم تكن تجربتنا بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق نوفوتيل. واجهنا عدة مشكلات خلال الإقامة، من أبرزها وجود حشرات داخل الغرفة، وما صاحب ذلك من إزعاج وعدم راحة، إضافة إلى تغييرات الغرف التي أثرت على استقرارنا وراحتنا.

والأمر الأكثر إزعاجا هو ضعف تعاون بعض العاملين وعدم التعامل مع ملاحظاتنا بالجدية والاهتمام المطلوب، رغم أن هذه المشكلات تتعلق بالنظافة وراحة النزلاء وجودة الخدمة.

كنا نتوقع مستوى أعلى من الاحترافية وسرعة الاستجابة، خصوصا أننا نقيم كعائلة، ومن حقنا الحصول على بيئة نظيفة ومريحة دون الحاجة إلى تكرار الشكاوى والمتابعة المستمرة.

نأمل من إدارة الفندق مراجعة هذه الملاحظات ومعالجة القصور، فالتجربة لا تعكس المستوى المتوقع من علامة فندقية عالمية.
