Good location with friendly staff
Pros:

Perfect location. Walking distance to many of the touristic locations but also hidden away from chaos. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us a a very good filling breakfast.

Cons:

Wifi didn’t work inside the room but there were chairs to sit outside where it would work.

Needs massive improvements
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bathroom was also clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely cramped, with the bed taking up most of the available space.
The biggest issue was the old-fashioned key system. We were locked out of our room for the entire night and, despite having paid for the accommodation, ended up sleeping outside in the corridor. There was no one available after 9:00 p.m. to assist with emergencies. We contacted the hotel using the number provided, but only received a message saying that they could not take our call. This was completely unacceptable, particularly when guests were unable to access a room they had paid for.
Breakfast also starts after 9:00 a.m., which is very inconvenient for guests who need to leave early, particularly those travelling by road. In our case, this meant potentially missing a breakfast that had already been included in the price.
The entrance also looked very different from what was presented in the pictures, which added to our disappointment.
Overall, we felt that we had overpaid for the experience and did not receive the level of service we had been promised and paid for. Payment was taken in advance, yet when we genuinely needed assistance, no meaningful support was available. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, loved the location, easy access to all the shops and the beach area. 10/10

Cons:

Rooms have no sound proof, but considering that these are historical buildings, i wouldn’t reduce my rating.
We just stayed one night so it wasn’t a problem.
