Nice place but needs to step up
Pros:

Room was ready and clean at check in. Greeted by cleaner as we were leaving and he thanked us and gave us bottles of water on our way to the elevator.

Cons:

Your hotel is well off the main populated area and in 2026 with more electric vehicles, you need to have charging stations on property. Having to travel to a Tesla charging station, when many cars cannot use the Tesla system, is very inconvenient. Other charging stations are too far away

Pros:

The price and location to Bethel Woods were good.

Cons:

There is no pool at the Alder. If you want to eat later in the night you have to walk to the main hotel.

Nice hotel, but things are going downhill unfortunately
Pros:

This is a new hotel but after two or three years, I find that it has deteriorated a little bit. It's hard to explain, but I definitely after two years I see a downward trend.

Cons:

I expected my room to be cleaned after the first day. Nothing was done. Also, when I asked for more Coffey, which should've been replaced, it took forever for them to bring it up quite late at night. I don't know some of the staff really seemed disinterested and didn't really want to be around there. I don't think I'm gonna go back there again.

Dirty!
Pros:

Casino and golf destination. Good poker action.

Cons:

The place is filthy! Febreze does not replace a proper cleaning job! Spider web on the ceiling and dirty carpets will ruin any hotel stay. Changed rooms, no use. The hotel is trash!

Wonderful, Company(friends), included.

Breakfast at the Diner/restaurant was good. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

Everything was really nice. I liked the extra touch of piped in music. I liked the fact that you had table games. I didn't like the fact that the pool table's accessories were not up too par; chalk,lack of a rack and multi sized pool cues. I loved the pool and hot tub. You need a sign indicating how to operate the hot tube jets. I also liked the sound proof room and hallway, and the extra heavy doors( for security, I assume?

As always it was great.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have motor chairs. I was walking with a boot and it would had been a convience to be able to use one. Due to this I had to cut my night shirt.

Comfy bed. Good water pressure in shower, but not faucet.

Cons:

Fridge broken--swapped out for working noisy one. No cleaning service on Sunday. Toilet paper on floor in 3 places out hallway, all 3 days. Top Golf suite in food court. Short staffed. Hard to get drinks. Dos Gatos is take out counter, not a restaurant. We asked for fire pit to get turned on--facilities never came. Fine place for teeny-boppers, not boomers
