Pros:

Personale gentilissimo: 1) Mi hanno permesso lasciare la moto nel loro parcheggio anzichè doverla lasciare in non so quale parcheggio publbico (convenzionato), ma ad ogni modo non a lato della struttura. 2)Il secondo giorno mia moglie non si snetiva benem siamo rientrati dopo pranzo per riposare, la camera non era ancora stata fatta, le signore hanno provveduto immediatamente.

Cons:

La mia camera, come credo accada per tutte le camere della struttura, di fatto non dispone di una vera finestra: era presente una grande vetrata, ma con vetri completamente opachi, poiché la stanza affaccia direttamente sul vialetto di passaggio. Il grado di opacità era tale che, ovviamente, per non essere visti dentro, si distinguevano appena le ombre delle persone che transitavano a pochi centimetri dal vetro, senza alcuna possibilità di vedere all’esterno o di avere luce naturale reale.
Da quanto ho potuto osservare, questa soluzione sembra adottata sia per le camere al piano terra (come la mia) sia per quelle ai piani superiori. Ritengo sia un aspetto che dovrebbe essere indicato in modo chiaro, poiché non tutti — io compreso — gradiscono soggiornare in una camera priva di una finestra trasparente.

Simple rooms with great location
Pros:

Location was great, it was clean and nice shower with body lotion.

Cons:

Bedrooms were very simple and there was no effort on making the common areas comfortable. The terrace didn’t have the cushions so that can be better taken care of.
Also can get noisy.

Excellent on the whole.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Someone always on reception to welcome you.Room was extremely clean and modern.Nice modern bathroom too.Quiet,w3attractive roof rerrace and very well maintained gardens.
Great location on a quiet pretty street leading down to the park,but the Cathedral and square were only an easy 5/10min walk away.

Cons:

The plug in air - freshener in the bathroom. That went straight outside ! The smell was v strong in the main room too.
I had to leave door wide open but the odour never quite wore off.
If youre allergic to them too,please inform staff before arrival. I forgot to,so not their fault. A carpet or rug would have made the room a bit more homely. But thats a minor point. Excellent on the whole. Thank you Casa Aliz !.
