Pros:

The view was great

Cons:

The room was dirty, had to clean floors when we arrived in the night.
No Hot Water, problems with Wi-Fi

EMPTINESS - we were the only guests there with around 60 empty rooms. Felt weird and creepy

Not great
Pros:

Air-conditioning + staff were good

Cons:

The condition of the place was pretty shocking - alot of ceilings towards the room were dripping + Green stuff gathering. There was literally no one else in the hotel. When I first arrived there was no security + no one at reception granted it was late but still I walked straight and wondered around looking for people - which meant anyone could just walk in at night - which was slightly worrying. I asked for a flat white at breakfast instead of the "bali coffeee" which they charged me extra for - which was a bit annoying considering its not on a cheaper price point relative to other places. Then when I went to pay they didn't have a working card machine and requested cash that I didn't have + was very difficult for me to get as I didn't have a physical Foreign currency card.
