Check-in was smooth, and the hotel staff were always attentive and ready to assist with any requests. I had the opportunity to meet Aditya, a representative from Treebo, during his property visit. He went above and beyond by arranging VIP darshan at the temple for us. I truly appreciate the exceptional service – it was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything

Hotel Heaven Grand is one of the best hotel. Entire Hotel team including Reception Team, Breakfast team were very nice and cordial throughout our stay,wifi is also good. We had pleasant stay and I sincerely recommend this Hotel.

It was basic and ok
Pros:

Basic Hotel, friendly staff

Cons:

Hot water was on manual immersion tank which did not always work.
A lot of noise could be heard with other guests complaining about hot water.
