The hotel was closed down….
Pros:

Nothing I’ve requested a refund as the hotel was shut down and has been for months. We did not know this and still got charged….

Cons:

The fact it is shut down and we couldn’t stay here despite being allowed to book it? Still waiting on a refund.

Scam alert from booking.com avoid booking this place, me and my partner booked this hotel last week to stay Saturday got there and was all boarded up absolutely shocking and disgusting why is this still on the site apparently it’s been shut months took our money and wasted all our day trying to stop somewhere else and talking to booking.com who arnt bothered

Beautiful place to stay, the staff are amazing and accommodating to any needs. Amazing breakfast.

Never ever book, an animal would not even stay.
Pros:

Looked like a dumbing ground / dumb outside, got half way up the stairs which looked like it had never seen a vacuum in its life, someone was whistling upstairs to someone for drugs! Never even looked upstairs & in room it was in a shocking state. Health and safety would shut them down. BEWARE, I paid for 2 night, still no refund 3 days later! (2 nights paid for, went straight out my bank.)
Fake photos as looks nothing like it is.

Didn’t like a thing was in shocking state inside and out! Very unclean and health and safety would shut them down for the state of the place inside and out!

The place it’s self stunk, blankets were stained and in washed, no sheets on the bed and bed overall broken, things left in room from others. Staff offered one of my mates drugs as soon as entered. Holes in the walls and the door didn’t lock, all rooms were already open and unlocked when we got there and they didn’t have a key for my room. Didn’t have toilet paper or towels as stated on the booking website. We ended up finding a different hotel across the road for only £17 extra which was perfect.

I was greeted by drug users to start with then my bedroom well that was vile no bed sheet no curtains on the windows empty tooth paste in the bathroom with a wine glass slates where broken onthe bed bottle of baby oil aswell bedroom key does not lock the door at all the people running it asked me if i wanted to buy class a drugs within 5 minuets of me being there this is not acceptable me and my friends booked majority of the hotel out about 6 rooms not one of us stayed there was had to go and find other hotels because this was so bad and vile i dont know how you are open its wrong i want a refund end of i have videos of the whole property we can go further if you want
