Cons:

Monotonous breakfast as same breakfast is served every day. There was cockroach in the room. Hotel management is not at all responsive to grievance of the Guest. One of the staff even MISBEHAVED and shouted at me but, no action was taken in this regard

Problème d’humidité dans la chambre.
Pros:

Lorsque que nous avons eu le problème avec notre chambre, l’hôtel nous a changé de chambre pour une chambre moins humide.

Cons:

La première chambre où nous avons été était très humide, les draps semblaient mouillés.
La salle de bain n’était pas propre et présentait des traces de moisissures.
Les chambres n’étaient pas insonorisées, nous entendions tout le trafic de la rue, ça ne mets pas dans de bonnes conditions pour dormir paisiblement.
Le dîner que nous avons pris était très médiocre, nous avons été déçu, nous attendions mieux d’un hôtel 4 étoiles !

Hated it. Was not worth it the morning

Staffs are dedicated and hard working

Cons:

The duvet was dusty with allergy flare up. AC was quite old causing cough and cold (unsure whether it was legionella). There was a loud sound from 6.30 - 8.00 am every morning of them filling the swimming pool motor which affected sleep every morning and made us hate the stay.

Pros:

AC was good. room was clean. Room service and food were excellent. Room service personnel was so polite and decent

Cons:

Hot water for bathing was good. but, the spindle was not working. Toilet was not clean. so much stains. Food and room rent were costly especially in pondicherry. Room service personnel attending 666 or 555 did not respond properly
