Chủ home tắt nóng lạnh làm tắm lạnh. Ko có bàn là, phòng dọn ko sạch, còn cả bỉm em bé dưới giường, ko có bàn chải đánh răng. Giá trên ap thì khác. Đến bắt trả giá khác. Ở phòng khác. Bắt cọc tiền mới có phòng trong lúc đặt sẵn trên app rồi

Mình đặt phòng trước và đã xác nhận đầy đủ với bên lưu trú. Tuy nhiên khi đến nơi nhận phòng thì được thông báo phòng đã được bán lại cho khách khác với giá cao hơn, trong khi mình không hề hủy booking hay đến trễ. Cách xử lý rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp, không có phương án hỗ trợ thỏa đáng, cũng không xin lỗi rõ ràng.
Việc giữ phòng cho khách đã đặt là nguyên tắc cơ bản trong dịch vụ lưu trú, nhưng ở đây lại xảy ra tình trạng ưu tiên giá cao hơn thay vì giữ uy tín. Điều này khiến mình phải tự tìm chỗ ở khác vào giờ cao điểm, rất mất thời gian và ảnh hưởng kế hoạch chuyến đi.
Khuyến cáo mọi người nếu đặt phòng tại đây nên xác nhận lại nhiều lần hoặc cân nhắc lựa chọn nơi khác để tránh gặp rắc rối tương tự.
Trải nghiệm rất tệ và mình sẽ không quay lại.

The pensé very helpful, we rent motorcycle with him at very good price. For an extra we got a better room, but didn’t make sense just to have private bathroom. Good price.
The location it is not bad just up from the center. Maybe could be more clean
