La posizione è perfetta. L'hotel si trova sulla strada principale e molte stanze si affacciano su un magnifico albero dove al mattino cinguettano gli uccellini e saltano le scimmie. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
Durante il mio soggiorno il bar e il ristorante non erano in funzione. Avrei preferito fare la colazione lì. Il personale però è stato gentilissimo e mi ha portato straordinariamente una colazione da fuori che ho consumato in camera.
Logement pas très propre, douche inondée car que la sortie "pluie" qui fonctionne et pas de tapis de bain ! Du maquillage des précédents passages, oublié... je ne recommande pas forcément.
On a paye moins cher ailleurs en ayant une meilleure qualité.

On ground floor lots of ants and insects crawling into room and some also on the wall and bathroom.
I booked last minute by midnight and the staff let me check in past checkin time and was very easy and friendly to communicate with. Spacious and clean room.
A bit cold with only a bed sheet and no blanket available. Other than that very good.

Location is great in the heart of Unawatuna, short walk to the beach and all restaurants and cafes.
The staff are really friendly and helpful, let us keep our bags at the property after checking out, allowing us to go to the beaches on our final day.

It’s quite unmaintained, toilet smell and lots of bugs crawling. Overnight we had earthworms crawling in our room and toilets, there were no facilities other than a bed to lay on.
Beautiful building on a great location close to the beach and in the lovely village. From our room in the top floor you had a nice view and it was nice to have a balcony.
