Pros:

Удобная локация, до пляжа очень близко, также рядом магазины и рестораны, фруктовый рынок по соседству. Номера большие.

Cons:

Кондиционер в одном из наших номеров почти не охлаждал. В санузле старая фурнитура. Входная дверь не захлопывалась (была сломана ответная часть замка) и приходилось все время закрывать на ключ, чтобы дверь сама не открывалась.

Cons:

Det var en konstig vibe runt hela stället. För det första såg det ut som att någon vid något tillfälle kofotat upp vår dörr och sedan lämnat den så. Hela ramen och låspartiet var trasigt. Sedan var det massa tomma barer och hus på hotellets område. Det verkar som att stället gått i konkurs. Det verkar också som att folk bor i de tomma barerna. Det sitter samma män på barområdet varje dag och natt. Dessutom hänger det tvätt och står kylskåp i hotellets allmänna utrymme. Det verkar alltså som att personalen är hemlösa och bor på hotellets allmänna utrymmen. Utöver detta var lakanen smutsiga och ofräscha. De bad om att få betalt (kontant) innan vi checkat in. Det var konstigt att be om betalt så tidigt. Man betalar när man checkar ut. De vägrade ta emot kort vilket vi inte uppskattade alls. Vi hade bokat många nätter och ville inte ta ut stora belopp i kontanter. Ägaren visade ingen förståelse för detta utan fortsatte kräva kontanter. Ett hotell bör vara flexibelt i sin betalningslösning. När vi checkade in avbokade personalen vårt boende från booking.com. Jag vet inte varför men efter att ha läst recensioner ser jag att detta är något de ägnar sig åt. Känns också olustigt. Slutligen fungerade varken AC eller wifi tillfredsställande.

Pros:

We liked everything. The location is excellent — there are cafés, fruit stalls, and shops nearby, and the beach is a 3-minute walk away. The house is well situated, set back from the main road, so you don’t hear any noise — it’s quiet and peaceful. The staff and the administrator are great, they always help with any questions.

Pros:

La posizione è perfetta. L'hotel si trova sulla strada principale e molte stanze si affacciano su un magnifico albero dove al mattino cinguettano gli uccellini e saltano le scimmie. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Cons:

Durante il mio soggiorno il bar e il ristorante non erano in funzione. Avrei preferito fare la colazione lì. Il personale però è stato gentilissimo e mi ha portato straordinariamente una colazione da fuori che ho consumato in camera.

Pros:

I booked last minute by midnight and the staff let me check in past checkin time and was very easy and friendly to communicate with. Spacious and clean room.

Cons:

A bit cold with only a bed sheet and no blanket available. Other than that very good.

Great staff and perfect location
Pros:

Location is great in the heart of Unawatuna, short walk to the beach and all restaurants and cafes.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, let us keep our bags at the property after checking out, allowing us to go to the beaches on our final day.
