Cons:

Sauna w jakiejś poczekalni, brak leżaków zimnej wody i ludzi którzy po prostu przychodzili po swoje walizki. Na wszystkie pytania związane z podgrzaniem basenów, saun, podgrzewaniem jacuzzi w pokoju oraz ew. stref spa nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi - może właśnie żebym się nie zawiodła tym co otrzymam na miejscu.

המיטות לא נוחות בכלל!! קיבלנו סדין במקום שמיכה ושביקשנו שמיכה שמו לנו שמיכה ומצעים ונתנו לנו לטפל בהכל
כל הלילה התגרדתי כאילו היו פשפשים במיטה
האמבטיה לא הייתה סגורה עם זכוכית, כל המים יצאו מהמקלחת לרצפה ללא ניקוז, היינו צריכים לזרוק מגבות על הרצפה באופן קבוע

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

I had a perfect stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort from 2 to 9 October. Everything exceeded my expectations! The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location is excellent and could hardly be better, making it easy to enjoy everything Ayia Napa has to offer. Overall, a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

One-time short stay - just fine, for staying like 1 or 2 weeks - you may find better.
Pros:

Location is superb: just 50 meters from the beach and only 5 minutes of walk to reach all cafes, restaurants etc.
Very helpful and kind staff.
Quite good breakfast with quality food.
Big pool with 2 level of depth and big kids pool with small slide in it.
Fine bed for child.
You can easily get coffee near the pool free of charge.

Cons:

You can't book parking for your car.
You would not get any pen for fill hotel's questionary.
And the most annoying thing - elevator: 5th floor is reachable only with 1 elevator of 3, but it can be called from any floor, so, you shall wait too long to get in.
Coffee machine in the room - use only if you MUST drink coffee, not for pleasure.
And if you want beach towels you will have to leave cash deposit - yes cash, no cards allowed (10 euros per towel).
