הגענו ממש בדקה התשעים למלון כי שאר המלונות שהזמנו ביטלו לנו את החדרים. מצאתי את המלון דרך האתר שלכם. ומשם החוויה הייתה מדהימה. נתנו לנו חדרים צמודים לילדים. יחס מדהים. צוות אדיב . ניקיון ווואוו כל הזמן החדר מבריק. מה שביקשנו קיבלנו. הכל נגיש מהמלון במרחק של דקות הליכה. מיקום מדהים. מתאים מאוד למשפחות שרוצות באמת שהילדים יהנו בחופשה. אני ללא ספק יגיע שוב למלון .

הכל היה מושלם. לא היה דבר שלא אהבנו. פשוט האירוח היה מעבר לציפיות שלנו. עם יחס מדהים של צוות שכל היום מחייך ושואל מה אפשר לעזור. אני לא מצאתי פגם במלון .

Wunderschönes Hotel, noch schöneres Personal!!
Pros:

In kurzen Worten: Atemberaubend!!! Die Lage war toll, die Unterkunft immer sauber und wunderschön, und das Personal so freundlich, professionell und stets am Lächeln. Wir waren einfach begeistert! Vom freundlichen Personal waren wir so beeindruckt, dass ich sie alle nach der Abreise vermisst habe, weil sie Gäste wie Familie behandelt haben.

В отеле был хороший завтрак

Cons:

Персонал не доброжелательный и не приветливый. Много вопросов нужно было решать личной беседой и после этого вообще не оставалось приятного осадка. Тренажерный зал крохотный, как будто сделанный для галочки в списке удобств. Площадь номера на 3х человек совершенно не соответствовала ожидаемой, мы теснились. Персонал ответственный за бассейн постоянно пропадал с рабочего места.

C'est simple. Tout .Rien à dire c'est beau , c'est propre , ça sent bon dans toutes les pièces,le hall, les couloirs les chambres. Le service , la piscine.... allez y les yeux fermés.
La proximité du port , pleins de supermarché, pleins de restaurants.

Pros:

Locație bună aproape de centru și foarte aproape de plajă.

Cons:

Dacă sunteți fumători, se poate fuma doar în locurile special amenajate-pe balcon nu.
La mic dejun nu au schimbat nimic o săptămână întreaga si nu este foarte variat.
Am fost informați că am primit un upgrade la o cameră de lux, dar condițiile nu reflectau acest lucru. Chiuveta era în cameră, nu în baie, iar check-out-ul este fix la ora 11:00.

Changed room because on Booking.com it was confusing regarding the set up of the rooms. We changed to a Superior room which was good however cost us 120 Euros and we stayed on our last day until 5 pm in the room that cost us another 90 euros. We paid more than 3000 euros for the hotel plus all the extra so end of the day it was way too much. I would never pay this much for this hotel.

Cons:

Everything about to pay more and more. Even the phone plugging we paid extra 5 euros nobody suggested to buy in one of the supermarket for 1 euro.
