Une grande déception, heureusement le personnel est au top !

L’emplacement, la propreté, l’appartement spacieux, le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le mobilier de la chambre, la literie et la salle de bains très vétustes et surtout la présence de cafards ce qui est rédhibitoire !!!

Only the personal was positive thing about this hotel

Cons:

It was absolute disaster. The rooms and the whole building does not look like on the pictures. The rooms were cold, furniture was old and used, dirty and the whole space was smelly. The bathroom was small and there was water dropping of the boiler all night. Everything seemed like already used.

Friendly staff, good breakfast but avoid booking the presidents suite
Pros:

We booked the Presidential Suite. Its size was indeed that of a Presidential Suite, complete with a large dining table, two sofas, and a spacious desk. However, the room itself was a rundown dump. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, but the room was a disgrace for this price.

Cons:

The "suite": The entrance door could only be locked with a key (otherwise, it remained wide open), there was mold on the ceilings, burn marks in the dilapidated bathroom, and four lamps (incl. bedside lamps) in the bedroom all connected to the same switch. The faux leather bed frame was completely worn out. Elevator-noise. Too many flies everywhere. Run-down balcony.

Établissement de grande qualité. Les équipements sont modernes et la tenue des locaux est exemplaire. Le professionnalisme et la réactivité du personnel sont à souligner. L’albergo è moderno e molto pulito, ma ciò che mi ha davvero conquistata è stato il personale: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento. Avevamo prenotato una stanza e, con nostra piacevole sorpresa, ci è stata assegnata una suite.

Хорошая локация и персонал, все остальное - ужасное
Pros:

Положительной оценки заслуживают 2 фактора: приятный персонал и расположение отеля.
Все остальное рекомендовать не буду.
1. Персонал. Действительно стараются, дружелюбные, с готовностью помочь, очень приветливые. Возможно, поэтому у отеля ещё хоть какие-то положительные отзывы. Правда, очень забывчивые и обо всем надо напоминать по нескольку раз.
2. Локация. Расположение хорошее, в приличном районе, рядом рестораны, супермаркеты, до основных достопримечательностей пешком недалеко, безопасно.
Что не понравилось.
Отель очень-очень уставший! Сейчас, пока не сезон, там что-то делают, но это вряд ли сильно улучшит ситуацию. Комнаты неуютные, часть из них с "видом" на внутренний двор, довольно неопрятный. Сейчас делают какую-то реновацию, в номере у нас пахло краской. Но в целом всё сделано бездумно, нелогично. Например, в первом номере, куда нас заселили (с апгрейдом) в душе была только верхняя лейка, смеситель в раковине болтался не закреплённый, сама ванная окрашена краской, неопрятная, холодная и не суперчистая. Мыло в диспенсере.
Есть небольшая кухня, довольно обшарпанная. Есть минимальный набор посуды, тоже требующей замены. Мебель не первой свежести. Какие-то доисторические шкафы, разбавленные дешёвыми икеевскими предметами.
В другом номере, куда мы переселились, на 5 этаже ремонта ещё не было, поэтому он совсем грустный. Просто все обшарпанное и неаккуратное. На кухне есть чайник, есть капсульная кофемашина (но нет капсул), холодильник, микроволновка и мини-духовка - стоящая в шкафу без розетки. Нет ни кухонных полотенец, ни тряпки со стола протереть.
Постельное белье чистое. А вот полотенца похожи на тряпки, до того изношенные. При заселении сразу проверяйте их - на наших были чьи-то волосы, пришлось поменять.
Мы были в Рамадан, поэтому спа официально не работает (но спросите у сотрудников на ресепшен). Ничего особенного, стоит на человека хамам+массаж 650 MAD.
По итогу, не рекомендую, лучше немного переплатить и остановиться в более приятном отеле

Cons:

Неуютная ванная, устаревшая и уставшая мебель, побитая посуда и плохая посуда для готовки. Ужасные полотенца. В целом очень неопрятный отель!
