Friendly and good value hotel. A good choice in Ipoh.
Pros:

The staff at Bedrock couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The room was large, comfortable and equipped with a drinking water dispenser and espresso machine. The location is good for the new town and evening restaurants. The old town was about 15 minutes walk away. Central Ipoh is very compact, so the town is easy to explore on foot.

Pros:

Fijn hotel. We zaten in het nieuwere gedeelte van het hotel. Erg ruime kamer, bed was comfortabel (voor Azië zeker). Badkamer groot en nieuw, zowel douche als bad beschikbaar. Grote, zachte handdoeken. Op de kamer is een waterdispenser, koffieapparaat en thee aanwezig. De hostess Debby was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, spreekt uitstekend Engels en kan je helpen met alles wat je wil ondernemen in de buurt. Parkeerplaatsen zijn beschikbaar voor het hotel. Ontbijt prima.

Cons:

Als ik iets moet zeggen; de airco trekt de kamer zo koud maar is op de zachtste stand (met quiet mode) nog steeds erg luid. Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw, dan kijk je uit over de achterkant van de huizen en een soort steeg. Dat is niet zo'n fraai beeld.

Fabulous central hotel in Ipoh.
Pros:

This is a beautiful small hotel situated on a quiet street away from all the traffic noise. It is superbly decorated with attention to detail and some interesting artwork around every corner. The colour schemes are really attractive.
The junior suite was delightful. Very spacious, comfortable bed and furniture and an enormous bathroom with everything you could need.
The air-conditioning worked very well. There was a drinking water machine and a coffee machine plus a fridge of course.
We only had breakfast one morning which was held in their other building across the road. The breakfast was limited but fine.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ipoh.
There are Grab vehicles everywhere in Ipoh so no problem at all in getting around to see the sights.

Cons:

On one occasion we experienced some noise in the room but this was very quickly resolved by the staff/ management.

Cons:

God frokost. Kunne ønskt tilbudet var mer variert enn vestlig/lokal. Gjerne en enkel meny med kjøkkenet. Variert lokal frokost tilbud. Fikk det samme 2 dager på rad.

If you're in Ipoh stay here
Pros:

Free car parking available. Warm welcome. Rooms were impeccable, very clean. Simple but lovely breakfast. Happy to recommend and happy to stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing, I loved the place.

Pros:

Einen unschätzbaren Wert hat die Kommunikation mit den Hotelmanagern. Wertvolle Tips für Ausflüge und auch die Mithilfe, geeignete Guides in kurzer Zeit zu finden sind super hilfreich gewesen. In Ipoh erläuft man so die Altstadt in 10 Minuten. Auf dem Zimmer liefert eine Wasserfilteranlage heißes und kaltes Wasser. In der Nähe sind viele Bars, Geschäfte und Banken.

Cons:

Vielleicht könnte der Teppich mal ausgetauscht werden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great character. Lovely bedroom and bathroom and good study area. Delightful stay very near the historic old town of Ipoh. Our host Debbie was extremely friendly and helpful. She offered good site seeing advice and organised an excellent driver for a great trip to the cave temples and Mirror Lake. Lovely room and bathroom.

Cons:

If we did not get the large round table for breakfast, the room off to the side was quite gloomy.

Grosszügiges Zimmer und sehr nette Betreuung!
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, sauberes Bad und leckeres Frühstück. Wasserspender im Zimmer und vor allen Dingen die Nespressomaschine fand ich grossartig! Besonders nett war das Personal, sie haben sich sehr viel Mühe mit Tips zu Ausflügen und Restaurants gegeben!

Cons:

War alles prima für 2 Nächte.
