The location is good.
The net is not working, the bedsheet and the pillow cases are dusty and the room dont smell good
Nice and safe environment
The WiFi was unacceptable and did not work. Had to rent a 2 nd hotel room so I could work.
Bathroom had no mirror. No drinking water , no shampoo or soap. No hand towels. Limited kitchen with one frying pan. The housekeeper was nice and brought me a bottle of drinking water but no water dispenser. As the owner or leasing agent advised it is a minimalist unit. So be advised. The property could be first class if they fix the issues I have listed. But the WiFi never worked on/off. So tv could not be watched nor internet would work.
If you don’t need these things. Then it’s perfect for you and your stay going forward.

Lack of soap, toilet tissue. Advertised as having an iron but had none. Had to wait to check in because security had no move in paperwork. Contact person’s arrogance.

The property owner is very unprofessional! I’ve booked the room but when I arrived the place to checked in the owner told me they didn’t received my booking and make a lot of alibis telling us uf fault by booking.com who committed overbooking!

Cheap clean spacious and free pool…

The location, guards on duty made it feel safe. Value for money.
I feel the owners should a Cleaning charge as the bathroom needed a deep clean and shower curtain mouldy. I feel guests wouldn’t mind paying a little more for a cleaner bathroom
Very clean and spacious unit my mom loves the area plus they have cabinet for your clothes.
I like its minimalist interior and the size of the room is bigger compared to Avida and Spatial studio units. The bed is also soft and bedframe is quite nice. The owner is accommodating. Overall, we had a great staycation!

Close to SM City and easy location.
1. Chose the place because when I chose the filters, I selected “free parking” but there was none. No one mentioned that parking at the outside lot costs ₱150/night.
2. Shower flooded.
The host's genuine kindness and willingness to assist us in every way possible.
We just used the glasses for our coffee as there weren't mugs or cups. 😁
