Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian identity card or a valid permanent resident MY PR card are exempt.

All rooms have occupancy limits, and guests are required to choose accordingly:
Single Bed: 1 adult
Queen Bed: 2 adults
King Bed: 2 adults (allow 1 child below 6 years old)

Additional guests will be charged according to the children's or adult rate in the hotel.
All rooms serve for accommodations purposes; others for partying, gathering, bridal make-up, or carrying out illegal activity are strictly prohibited, and reservations will be canceled immediately for breaking house rules with no refund.

Children under the age of 2 years can stay free of charge for rooms "Premium Queen (window) 112 - 133" and "Premium Queen - No Window".Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Comfortable bed cozy blanket with dim adjustable lights.
Clean toilet and room.
Ample of parking

Cons:

Kinda small room for the price
Very loud staff speaking from the counter and around room corridor
Renovation was carried out quite early too

Pros:

The room is clean and water pressure is good.

Cons:

1) Reception Staff is lack of responsibility, no one is found most of the time. Need to call their mobile phone and wait till they come
2) Toothbrush was not placed in the toilet, upon request was asked to collect from front desk which is almost 100 meters away from room
3) Late charge was imposed for 1 hour due to 45 minutes late, whereby there was no reminder call from the front desk and was not informed during check-in
