Excellent stay
Pros:

The atay was excellent in all aspects. Breakfast was so good and fresh, no complaints

Cons:

Nothing i can think of, it was an excellent stay for us and we would choose it next time as well

Boa localização, mas hotel precisa de renovação!
Pros:

Simpatia e recepção dos funcionários.
Localização muito também, em frente ao transporte público!

Cons:

Quarto extremamente pequeno.
Mal cabiam as malas abertas.

Banheiro com forro sujo, parecendo mofo. Tampa da bacia não parava fixa e interruptor do ar estava soltando.
O hotel precisa de algumas manutenções básicas

Остались только самые приятные впечатления от пребывания в этом отеле! Всё было чисто, аккуратно и очень уютно. Видно, что здесь заботятся о комфорте гостей.

Персонал невероятно вежливый, всегда на связи, готов помочь и оперативно решить любой вопрос.

Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить Азату. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела! Очень внимательный, отзывчивый и доброжелательный сотрудник, благодаря которому отдых стал еще комфортнее. Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and happy to help throughout our stay.
The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the rooftop terrace offers a fantastic panorama over the city. The airport transfer was well organized and punctual, making both our arrival and departure very easy.
The location is excellent for visiting Istanbul's main attractions. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service.

Отличный отель! Очень удобное расположение,все главные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Номер был чистый, уютный, уборка проводилась регулярно. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Остались только приятные впечатления от проживания. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и рекомендуем этот отель другим путешественникам!

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Hotel situato in zona centrale, comoda per visitare tutte le principali mete ( moschea blu, palazzo Topkapi, basilica cisterna e molte altre) il tram T1 proprio sotto l' hotel è comodo per ogni tipo di spostamento in città.
Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Ogni giorno durante la pulizia ottima della camera, ci offrivano delle bottigliette d'acqua gratuite, cosa rarissima in altre strutture.
Colazione buona, più orientata al salato che al dolce, ma nel compenso con prodotti freschi e ottimi.
La camera era piccola ma ben organizzata, con tutto il necessario che serve per il soggiorno, con un balconcino che aveva una vista meravigliosa sulla moschea blu e piazza Sulthanamet.
Nonostante i rumori esterni del tram e del muezzin che ogni 5 ore recitava la preghiera, la camera era ben insonorizzata.
Inoltre in zona ci sono moltissimi ristoranti di ogni tipologia e per ogni gusto.

Pros:

The staff were amazing and very friendly, ESPECIALLY MOOSA!! To top it off, the rooftop view in the night was spectacular. I’ll definitely be coming back here again!!

Понравилось всё!В Стамбуле мы не первый раз, поэтому знаем, что найти хороший отель здесь проблематично.Но,оказывается, идеальные отели с Старом городе Стамбула существуют. Здесь прекрасно все:персонал, который относится к тебе как к дорогому гостью, начиная от выхода с такси, просто замечательный завтрак (путешествовали в этот раз две недели по Турции, поэтому есть с чем сравнить),чистота и комфорт номера, великолепная терраса. Отдельный плюс, близость ко всем достопримечательностям и остановка трамвая прямо у входа в отель.

Cons:

Здесь не может что-то не понравиться. А если, вдруг ,будут какие-то проблемы, то есть прекрасные менеджеры, один из них русскоговорящий Азат,которые решат их.
