Zeer centraal gelegen, heel gezellige buurt met veel sfeer en veel restaurants
Het is er heel erg proper.
Heel attente manager die je persoonlijk benaderd met interessante info.

Het zijn eerder kleine kamers
Het kan er soms wat lawaaierig zijn in deze drukke buurt.

Bliskość głównych atrakcji. Obok recepcji przez całą dobę dostępna kawa, świeża herbata, sok. Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa. Różnorodne i obfite śniadanie.

Cons:

Wypowiadam się konkretnie o pokoju 404 - zlokalizowany bezpośrednio nad przystankiem tramwajowym a tramwaje jeżdżą od 5.30 rano, dodatkowo okna są tak cienkie, że praktycznie nie ma różnicy czy są otwarte czy zamknięte - hałas jest jednakowy.

Очень приятный персонал. Есть русскоговорящие.
Заселили в 13 часов, предложили на выбор два номера: 1. Который мы бронировали, семейный 2. Трехместный номер с видом на голубую мечеть
Выбрали второй вариант, несмотря на то что он меньше, но светлее и с красивым видом.
Так как мы уезжали в 3 часа ночи, то нам предложили собрать сандвичи в дорогу вместо завтрака.
Расположение великолепное! Пять минут пешком до центральных достопримечательностей.
Есть лифт.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля- в самом Центре Стамбула. Очень просторный номер со всем необходимым, уборка была тщательной и каждодневной. Персонал на ресепшене- просто чудо! Встречали , открывав дверь, решали все вопросы, помогли зарезервировать такси до аэропорта и даже донесли все вещи до него.
Завтрак каждый день был одинаковый, но все равно всего хватало.
На отеле шикарная терасса с потрясающим видом с которой можно кормить чаек на лету.
Рекомендую отель от всего сердца

Todo te lo dicen antes de reservar, tamaño de las habitaciones (para nosotros no hubo ningún inconveniente).
Hacen limpieza a diario, te dejan agua todos los días, hay café y te 👌🏻
El desayuno es variado

The hotel location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the blue mosque. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very professional. They gave very good advice and helped us book a local spa for us all. We will definitely be coming back again.

Pros:

Really nice stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and they gave us honest advice, which we really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and the view of the Blue Mosque was amazing. The location was also very convenient and felt safe, with the tram right downstairs and easy access to everything.

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit bemüht ist, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Egal mit welchem Anliegen man sich an die Mitarbeiter wendet – man wird stets kompetent und zuvorkommend unterstützt.

Auch in puncto Sauberkeit lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche offen. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Bereiche sind makellos gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr schön und trägt zusätzlich zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt bei.

Die Zimmer selbst sind äußerst komfortabel und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen: Es bietet eine große und hochwertige Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist.

Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Hotel, das ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen kann.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar einen Stadtplan gegeben. Wir wohnten in einem Zimmer mit Blick auf die Blaue Moschee. Wir waren zwei Familien und bekamen sogar ein größeres Zimmer als ursprünglich gebucht, sodass wir beieinander sein konnten. Es gibt auch eine Lobby, in der man sich jederzeit mit warmen und kalten Getränken und Kuchen versorgen kann. Vielen Dank! Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen🙏🤗😊

Practical for a short stay if you are going to be out most of the time. Great location and staff.
Pros:

Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. My kids loved them and that is not easy to achieve.
The amenities at the reception are also good to have, free coffee machine, tea, juice or water any time of the day.

Cons:

The 4-guest room was very small and it was in -1 floor, which gave it a feeling of a basement room. No space for luggage and walking was difficult.

Everyone was absolutely kind and nice with us I recommend to anyone who will visit Istanbul stay here because everything was very close and you can walk to see agia Sophia the blue Mosque etc
