Relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

From arrival we were made to feel so welcome by all staff. The room was fit out beautifully, clean and so comfortable. The view from our corner suite room was fantastic and it was a lovely start to the day to see the mist rolling over the mountains. The bed itself was firm but comfortable, with extra pillows - which seems to be a rarity in Japan.
The corner suite room has a comfortable sofa, large bathroom with bath and separate toilet. There is also a walk in closet which was a nice touch - we could enjoy the living and bedroom spaces without having our bags and belongings cluttering the space. Bathroom amenities were all provided.
Dinner in the restaurant was a bit pricey but it was delicious and the service was great.
Buffet Breakfast was included in the room rate and was also very good. A great selection to suit all tastes. I loved the inclusion of dinosaur nuggets (chicken) 😂 so apt for the location.
We used the gym a couple of times, which is also fit out quite well. Weights, treadmills, bikes and more.
Fabulous location just across the road from the train station. Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The floors are a little confusing, but you get used to it quickly enough.

Un hôtel de rêve!
Pros:

Tout! Un très bel hôtel, une superbe chambre avec une immense baie vitrée avec vue sur la ville du 18ème étage. En face de la gare pour l'aspect pratique. Une salle de sport d'une propreté parfaite et bien équipée. Et j'ai bien profité de la cafetière dans la chambre.

Pros:

The location, staff, amenities and comfort within this hotel were wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and they helped with parking compensation as well for the parking deck next door. If traveling by car I definitely would recommend it!

Cons:

I felt the was a bit confusing as to what location would be compensated, however the stay and hotel itself was wonderful

チェックインがスムーズであれば良かったです。朝食と立地の良さで助かった。
Pros:

朝食は美味しくて、立地も良いです。

Cons:

(ホテル側の問題ではないのでしょうが)申込時に日本人として漢字名で氏名入力。チェックイン時に受付が無いと言われて焦りました。確認が取れるまで暫く待つ間が不安でした。

Lovely view, staff and amenities. Will be staying here next time in I’m Fukui!
Pros:

Close to the station and easy to navigate. We loved our room, staff and accommodations. We only stayed one night but I definitely will be staying again when I’m in Fukui longer next trip.
