Pros:

Locatie is ideaal. Heel dicht bij het strand en om de hoek van restaurants en bar. Schone, ruime kamers. Geen lift aanwezig helaas.

Super emplacement, très beau logement très propre !! Manque un peu d’équipement comme une machine à café ou un frigo. Au delà de ça nous avons passer un super séjour dans cette hôtel !

It is not worth it. Never again!

One of the staff members was lovely and the room was very clean, otherwise I cannot say anything particularly positive about the place.

Cons:

I had a horrible experience at this place. I usually lock my room/bathroom/toilet from inside, in particular when traveling alone. However, in this case the bathroom doorlock was broken and I was locked inside without any possibility to contact anyone. Since it also didn't have a window I would not have been able to make contact to the outside. I screamed and apparently no one could hear me. I managed to fix the lock and could get out after 1h. When I told the receptionist someone came to fix the door but I received no compensation or anything for this terrible experience.

Agradable larga estancia en Holbox
Pros:

La verdad que fuimos con miedo/ incertidumbre por alguna reseña que habíamos leído y después de 9 noches alojados puedo decir que la experiencia ha sido fabulosa. Se nota que han puesto esfuerzo por mejorar. Tuvimos agua caliente todos los días. Hacían la habitación a diario. Nos cambiaban las toallas cuando queríamos además de darnos diariamente juego de toallas limpias para la playa.
El personal fue muy amable. La habitación está bastante bien (limpia y con lo justo para estar cómodo). La verdad que por este precio no creo que en ningún lugar te puedan dar un servicio mejor.
Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Holbox.

Me gusto lo céntrico que esta el hotel, puedes ir caminando a los restaurantes y el centro.
La habitación estaba perfecta, limpia, toallas de baño, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto.

No había agua caliente y el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría.
