It was enjoyable and safe.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.
I could choose what I want was there.

Cons:

On arrival the manager wasn't very well coming.
Normally Internet facilities and safe vault available for customers but he said we have to pay for the room internet and safe. We refused but my friend managed internet for room not the safe. We had to carry our valuables which we didn't like.

Pros:

La nourriture est bonne, la taille de la chambre famille est bien.
Le personnel est très agréable.

Cons:

Le confort des lits et les oreillers sont catastrophiques.
Le bruit de la rue car l'hôtel se situe en plein rond point donc de la musique à fond tous les soirs dans les bars en dessous.
Hotel non adapté aux familles avec des jeunes enfants (clientèle anglophone avec des jeunes adultes venus pour faire la fête)

Pros:

Sans aucun hésitation si vous voulez du luxe c’est bien ici.. sol en marbre, table en marbre escalier en marbre , et toutes est super propre.. les personnelles tres sympathique et accueillant. La nourriture est un vrai service de bonne qualité et la présentation est bien de haute gamme..les chambre son tres moderne et confortable. Nettoyer tout les jours.. la plage est à 100 m avec un cadre magnifique des montagnes autour. Beaucoup d’activités a la plage , jet car , jet ski, la banane, la flesh, le sofa etc. 25€/ personnes a peu près pour chaque activité..

Cons:

Un seul inconvénient, la piscine est petite et les transats sont pris des 8:45 , malgré ça les personnels font le mieux pour vous chercher un transat..

Avoid this Hotel.No way 5* more 3-4 !
Pros:

Apart from the bed, cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel ,there was nothing else to like.

Cons:

The food was very poor, tasteless,cold and there was very little variety.We ate out because of this.The entertainment was also horrendous .

Comfortable,and maintaining high standards
Pros:

Cleaning and catering staff were very respectful and helpful.
I had left my diamond solitaire diamond and a large gold ring by bedside.
, on my return, they were still there despite the cleaning staff being in the room. Highly reliable staff.

The food, hotel location close to the beach, friendly staff

Cons:

cleaning wasn't as we expect it, I mean we had days with no clean towels and duvets changed!! drinks were limited with only 6 types of cocktails but there were tasteless, only one type of beer and 3 wine selections!! at the beach you have to pay for drinks but make sure to have turkish lira otherwise you will be charged more!! no toilets near the beach, the room was noisy from the Main Street, no WiFi and TV no iron, you have to pay for them

Pros:

Location was perfect, the bus comes to the front of the hotel. The hotel was clean. The quality of food was good. Drinks were good and especially beer.

Cons:

The SPA was not free as mentioned in the booking when we reserved. The sauna man told as it’s full now and making some excuses and this was not nice at all. The card of door was not working and we tried many times for opening it and this was annoying. The pool was always crowded and the pool chairs were always reserved. The beach was faraway and this will not be a good experience for people who like the beach view.

Pros:

The location is perfect, situated conveniently close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who were the best I’ve encountered in all my travels. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained every day. I highly recommend Lalila Suite Hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay with top-notch service.

Cons:

I found the hotel to be a bit too expensive for what it offers, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The food, although always fresh, often lacked good taste, which was disappointing. Additionally, the entertainment and liveliness at the hotel were not great. Overall I had a good stay!
