Exceptional. Owners are great hosts and the breakfast was outstanding.
Pros:

We stayed in the Captain Inn room. It was exceptional. Bed was extremely comfortable. The room had jaczzii style bath tub which my wife loved. All room amenities were great. The full breakfast is served by the owners and is acceptable. Best value in Louisbourg for sure.

We liked everything at this Inn.

Pros:

Beautiful Victorian Inn. The owners are very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and absolutely amazing! Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

If you are looking for a beautiful welcoming spot to rest your head, the cranberry Cove Inn is it
Pros:

I liked the ambiance of the Inn. The lady who greeted us showed us where to find tea, coffee, cookies, and extra water. She gave us a little rundown of the Inn and basically made sure that we were aware to be as comfortable as we wanted. She explained the breakfast and helped us with the TV. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like. I was visiting the fortress and going to the Bothy restaurant for the evening so everything was so close and convenient.

Beautiful old house.
Pros:

The location was ideal to visit the fortress. The house is beautiful and well looked after. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. However there is very little Choice in the town for places to eat. The breakfast was copious and very taste, with lots of choices, if slightly disorganized.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Endroit parfait pour se mettre dans l’ambiance avant de visiter la forteresse de Louisbourg.
