Close to airport, facilities are basic but well kept.
Breakfast is simple, but freshly prepared and served directly to the room. Good stay for a short connection.

I don’t really like the fact that I have to cash out to pay, but all local hotels are asking for cash..

Very basic hotel with a very simple breakfast
Pros:

The location. For those who need proximity to the airport, I think you will not find anything closer than this. The personnel is normal, nothing special about staff. The area is clean enough, all the basic amenities are available.

Cons:

Breakfast. I can't say it is awful but it is very very simple if not to say more. Two boiled eggs, one small sausage, a cucumber, two slices of cheese and a cup of instant coffee and all this for 82 dollars? Are you serious? I think if you don't have an early flight for these money you can find options way better in Yerevan. The room is not big enough. I am not saying it is too small but again for these money it could've been more spacious and comfortable. My window faced the main road so it might be a dissapointing factor for those who are sensitive to noise.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The first room I was given smelled terrible, so they moved me to another one. While the second room didn’t smell as bad, it was still extremely dirty. In the bathroom I found a cockroach, and on the floor there were already crushed cockroaches. The bed linen was poorly washed – there were visible dark stains on the sheet and pillowcase. The towels were gray instead of white, which made them look old and unclean. The worst part was when a flea jumped out of the blanket I was supposed to use.

This was one of the most unhygienic hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Понравился трансфер, встретили, очень радушно,вкждиво. Помогли с багажом. Довели до номера. Отличное местоположение

Грязно в номере. Волосы на полу. Очень шумно было. Номер был перед лестницей и все слышно.. Чемоданы грохот. Шум с улицы (шумоищоляции нет). Вместо двуспальной кровати три односпальные
