The property was neat and clean, staff was really cooperative and the owner himself showed personal interest in maintaining the availability of things to us.

Pros:

Very poor facility. No arrangement for morning tea. No food available. Charged extra for breakfast. No restaurant facilities. Very costly according to standard of hotel.

Cons:

There was a huge delay in providing all services as there was a lack of staff vs number of guests due to peak season. The hot water supply was not working. Finally on the last day, they shifted us to the room which had geyser. The other room has a hot water supply by solar which was not working properly.

Hotel was newly constructed. Staff was less. No vehicle available from hotel area.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Location is far located from city area. No auto or taxi facility available, although OLA/UBER not available.

Cons:

Cleaning, drinking water not available in room, no vehicle available from hotel area.

My friend and I, enjoyed a lot our stay at the Hotel Kutch Palace! The staf was very kind and helpful. The neighborhood is calm and friendly. The room was perfect for us. We highly recommend this hotel!
