Pros:

Nothing much

Cons:

A large crack in the bathroom sink, approximately 2½ to 3 inches long, with sharp, exposed edges exactly where someone would lean over the sink. This presented a clear safety concern.
A sticky bathroom floor and what appeared to be a leak in the bathroom.
A bedside table that was heavily chipped, damaged, and in extremely poor condition. It honestly looked like it had been discarded and reused. The same poor condition was evident throughout the room, with chipped paint, damaged woodwork, and worn furnishings everywhere.
Overall, the room appeared poorly maintained and far below the standard advertised on Booking.com. It was comparable to what I would expect from a budget motel, not a room costing over $500 per night.

Not Far from Broadway theatres. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel and room is too dark. However the room Bathroom is clean. Coffee is not included.
