Agradable para el tiempo que pasamos en el lugar (dormir)

Ubicación, control de temperatura, predisposición del personal muy buena

Cons:

Durante 7 días no funcionó wifi, no nos dejaban jabón y teníamos q pedirlo el AC muuuy ruidoso

Convenient locations buy some major flaws.
Pros:

Location was easy for us to get where we needed to be. The staff was super nice.

Cons:

Our mattress was literally upside down. We were sleeping in the coils. My son who was in the second room was given three room keys that didn’t work and a room that was already occupied.

Cons:

Rude, uninformed and difficult to reach, the staff was unprepared and and not very helpful. You can't reach anyone at the front desk. Bathroom smelt like mildew and the bath towels felt stiff and cheap.
The hotel just seemed unprofessional.

Todo correcto
Pros:

La ubicación, muy próximo a todo y de prácticamente todas las líneas de metro.
El hotel estaba limpio y en buen estado, no entiendo muchos de los comentarios, a nosotros nos limpiaron la habitación cada día.
Cumple con su función, la cama es cómoda y la habitación es correcta. Buen gimnasio

Great location and exceptional staff, rooms can be very warm

Great location and nice decor. Staff were really friendly and supportive too

Great Location! Walking distance to Times Square and subway. Very convenient.

The place looks like its undergoing remodeling, the bed was squeaky and there was no closet.

I got what I was expecting based on the price I paid for my stay
Cons:

when i first booked my room, i did not know that the windows faced the main corridor - i though they faced the street. Because of that, i had to keep the blinds closed all the time.
