Pros:

Location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, nice public areas open and closed inside the hotel, comfortable gym. We have enjoyed our stay there! Thank you, Hudson Yards!

Cons:

The biggest disappointment is the WiFi. The first 3 days, it did not work at all. Afterwards, it worked okay in the public areas, and very slow in the rooms.

We had a fine experience.
Pros:

Location was good, only a 20 min walk from where I needed to be. The hotel lobby was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, we had a restful night. Good shower and clean bathroom.

Cons:

The clothes rack was very cheap plastic, something that looks like it came from the cheap bin at IKEA! It really detracted from the decor.
There were small AC units in some windows facing the hallway that blew hot air into the hotel, and the doors to the terrace were open on a hot 90 degrees day, making the whole way to our room a hot mess. It’s a shame, because these details really bring down the overall aesthetic of the place.

it was okay, staff were nice they held our bags when needed but 3 important things were broken in our room.
Pros:

good walking distance to where we had to be, not too busy but close enough to time square

Cons:

Our toilet buttons was broke. The handle that locks on top of the door was completely snapped off and the TV was broke.

no tuvimos wifi en la habitación ningún día, se escucha todo lo que sucede en las demás habitaciones y tambien se pasa el olor cuando fuman.

Pros:

Perfect location, the Vessel and High Line with numerous art galleries are at the walkable distance, several minutes to the Broadway theaters, plenty of cafeterias in the area for a nice breakfast.

Cons:

Weird low vibration either caused by the area itself or the buildings' AC systems - quite difficult to sleep with this.

Quarto espaçoso para o padrão de Nova York. Quarto com frigobar. O staff recebeu minhas correspondências antes da estadia e guardou os pacotes até minha chegada.

Cons:

O hotel parece ter sido desmobiliado. Os quartos não têm um guarda-roupa propriamente dito, mas um móvel modulado bem frágil. Sem cofre no quarto.

Its so bad, even though their wifi wasn’t working, they charged me 150$ extra saying we ll refund u the deposit and also give u a 20% discount as wifi isn’t working. Will never recommend this hotel. STAY AWAY STAY AWARE

my go to hotel in NYC, used to live near there and like the area
Pros:

Location and staff great

Cons:

wifi in room did not work, had to go out to a common area, which is nice to work, but other people out there and could not have a business video chat meeting.
