Great property, very neat and clean. value for money. reccomended.
Pros:

The location is great its neither too far, nor very near to the temple. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The manager is very well behaved and welcoming.

Cons:

The elevator is is not yet operational, which made it difficult for older person to move to upper floor.

Only the location was fine, since it is near to the Temple

Cons:

There was no Cleanliness, room had so many mosquitoes and moths even after closing the windows, we had to keep the lights minimum to avoid it
Staff and Owner/Manager did not do anything to handle the situation of the room
The building is also still under construction with lift still not installed
