Pros:

Fint hotel med god restaurant. Der var dog flere ting på menukortet der ikke var tilgængelige, hvilket er irriterende. Stor buffet, som dog var for dyr.

Cons:

Dyr buffet.
Af uforklarlige årsager skulle man have morgenmad på værelset den ene dag og i restauranten den næste.
Personalet var lidt for "fine" de troede at de var meget vigtige.
Badeværelset blev oversvømmet når man tog bad da risten i badet er placeret for højt, og desuden er stoppet.

Pros:

Room was nice, and helpfull staff and the high tea buffet was excellent. And they helped me to celebrate the birthday by arranging a beautiful bed decoration

Va bene se “di passaggio”
Pros:

Abbiamo viaggiato in moto e questo hotel è stato scelto perché lungo il percorso Ella-Negombo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Cons:

Staff impreparato; dopo aver fatto la doccia il bagno era praticamente allagato a causa dell’acqua che fuoriusciva dal box doccia, ristorante aperto anche ad avventori esterni e quindi molto affollato. Già a colazione musica ad alto volume.

Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer und Bad. Sehr sauberer Pool auf dem Dach. Hervorragendes Restaurant im Haus.

Leider ist das WLAN Netz sehr schlecht

Overall, it was a good and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the dinner buffet was excellent

Cons:

However, the AC in room 304 did not work properly. Although a technician came and temporarily fixed it by resetting the power, it stopped working again during the mid night.
