I won’t book this hotel anymore.
Pros:

It was near republic sq and many shops were near the location.

Cons:

Although we booked ABC hotel since we arrived they gave us another hotel in front ot there. The hotel was very dirty many stairs and no any elevator and very poor location.

Cons:

The hotel was not interesting at all. The breakfast was not interesting at all. Their attitude was terrible. I want to go on a tour early in the morning. I want to travel by motorbike. There is no reception from 7:30 in the morning. Every time I call, I knock on the door, no one answers and there is no one to take over the hotel. It was really terrible.

cost ineffective, try something else somewhere else
Pros:

The good humor of the receptionists and their readiness to assist in almost everything

Cons:

Everyhting less than expected and promised. Slippers for one person for a booking for 2, no bathrobes as advertised, sheets in their dying days, kettle full of salts dry at its base, not even a rack to put the toiletries on when bathing: they were on the floor of the shower. everyhting cheap and of low quality. Mistaken reservations, special requests (a city map in English!!!) granted but never fulfilled....
Oh and one more thing: No elevator. This is important: when booking, one MUST know if there is an operating elevator, not all people can compe with stairs, and many simply do not want to anyway

In fact, my review is not about this hotel, I booked a room in this hotel, but we were placed in another hotel across the road, with completely different rooms. We were given a room of a higher category, but we didn’t like the hotel itself with that room (there were no blankets at all, only 2 sheets for 3 beds).

Pros:

Convenient location, comfort clean room with big bag, table, fridge, fan, iron and other useful staff. I could check in at 4 a.m.

Cons:

There are two hotels near each other — ABC and Friendly and photos on Booking are from Friendly, not ABC. ABC has rooms on the first floor without view.

Comfortable for one or couple night staying.
Pros:

Nice location, friendly staff, reasonable price for staying was offered. Clean room, with all needed.

Cons:

Really thin walls, I could hear neighbors talking.
