Lovely apartment. Shame on the people that mistreat it. Great stay. Would recommend:)
Pros:

Friendly helpful lady on reception. Checked in with ease. Great apartment! Loved sat looking out at the water. Great location.

Cons:

Parking charges at recommended car park🤯. I do understand this is a general Liverpool city centre issue. But still feel like you are been robbed. Beds are not that comfy, you can tell the apartment has been misused. Sofa dipped in the middle. One of the beds dipped. Missing items, cups, plates etc. chips in furniture. It’s not really the hotels fault. Clearly people have misused and abused the facilities which is such a shame.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Really great location right next to the conference venue. Comfortable beds, spotless apartment and super helpful staff. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Cons:

An oven would have been useful, but not the end of the world. We couldn't get a picture on the TV, just sound, but I'm sure if we had asked at reception they would have sorted it out.

Very mediocre accommodation. Poorly fitted out. Kitchenette extremely basic. Won’t ever return.

Kitchen- One pot. One pan.
No Colander. No kitchen scissors.
I appreciate it’s only intended for basic use but this place is extremely minimalist.
For some unknown reason the toilets are set very high- at 5ft 2 my feet dangled like a child!!
The TV has been mounted almost at the top of the wall so you get neck ache looking upwards!! I think someone who was over 7ft did the installation of the toilets and TV!! Sofa awful too. Cheap and very uncomfortable.
Lastly, beds probably the worst I have ever stayed in when travelling. Dipped in the middle as so so soft. Very used I imagine. Flat 104 next to some sort of generator. Low humming noise constantly heard in the flat. Reported to staff. She said she would come to flat to chat to us we waited 45 minutes for her but she never came!
Overall an extremely basic accommodation. My husband described it as looking like a prison from the back view of the building!! It served a purpose but I wish I had done more research as I now know that there are better apartment hotels in Liverpool docks.
