De vriendelijkheid van het personeel & dat er zo’n kalmte was in het hotel, terwijl het midden in de drukte & chaos zit van Canggu. Hotel een aanrader. Canggu wat minder, op Restaurant Ulekan, Estetic Belle na !!

A beautiful oasis, with the best staff ever
Pros:

We LOVED our stay at KALM Bali. We were so sad to leave. The staff were absolutely incredible, they work so hard to make sure that your stay is extra special and comfortable. They are so friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday while we were staying and they even left a beautiful birthday surprise on the bed. The pool and facilities are gorgeous, the property and rooms are stunning just like the photos, and it’s tucked away at the end of a wee lane, but super close to lots of shops and restaurants. Leon (security) was always there in the evenings to make sure everything was ok and to welcome us home. I can’t wait to visit KALM Bali again next time, exceptional!

Pros:

We stayed here for 16 nights and honestly, it was flawless from start to finish. The entire hotel is spotless, you can see how hard the staff work every single day to keep everything immaculate and running perfectly. Every member of the team is not only professional but also genuinely warm and friendly, we felt so cared for and looked after the whole time.
The hotel itself is calm, beautiful, and such a relaxing place to be. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Canggu, it’s surrounded by the most delicious cafes and restaurants, yet still feels like a peaceful retreat when you return. The value for money is incredible given the high quality of everything from the rooms to the service.
We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Oh I’d like to be back!
Pros:

Booked it for the sauna & the cold plunge. Worth it! But what really made my stay memorable was through the exceptional service of Leon, Sonny and Endy. Leon went out of his way when I requested a bottle of mineral water and he got me two, mind you it was so early in the morning. His kindness warmth my heart. Sonny provided umbrella when he knew I was on my way back to the villa and it was raining. Endy helped operate the sauna and cold plunge for me.

Cons:

Toiletries need a bit of improvement. Cotton buds, Bidet..

Little gem in the heart of Canggu
Pros:

A little gem in the middle of Canggu. The sauna and cold plunge are great and the pool is very inviting. The attention of detail and the great host made this an exceptional stay for us in Canggu.

A quiet, comfortable and pleasant stay with friendly staff, a clean room and a great location.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful , very friendly, smiling and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. The room was very clean, well maintained and the housekeeping was excellent. I was very satisfied with the room in every way.

The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful, which made the stay especially relaxing. If you are looking for a calm place to rest, this hotel is a great choice. The location was good and close to everything. Even though many places were walkable, I mostly used a scooter taxi, which is very convenient in Bali.

Cons:

There was an issue with the toilet, as the water didn’t flush properly and stayed half full. I had to ask the staff twice to fix it. Other than that, everything was fine.
