Location was fantastic and check in process was easy.

Cons:

Room didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Toilet brush was provided but with no holder: sat directly on the floor in the bathroom. Small kettle provided, along with glass and mug but no cutlery. Pillow was insufficient.

NO TIENE RECEPCION Y ESO ES UN PROBLEMA MUY IMPORTANTE.

Lo que tiene de bueno el hotel es que esta relativamente bien ubicado y es algo confortable.

Cons:

El gran problema que tuve -que no figura al momento de contratarlo- es que no hay persona alguna al hacer el check in/out. Automaticamente me dieron una llave que no se correspondia con la habitacion, por suerte a la hora y media di con una chica de Polonia que me dijo que a ella le paso lo mismo y que probo en las demas habitaciones y abrio otra puerta. Fue horrible, llegar cansada y no poder entrar en la habitacion. NO tiene recepcion y eso es muy inconveniente. Al irme pense y si dejara las llaves en la caja y luego advierto que me olvide algo? Pues perdes el avion y listo. Nunca volveria

Good location, bright room

Cons:

very small, card didn’t work on night one and it was late so that was very stressful as we were locked out of room, thankfully staff answered phone and it was sorted!

Buona la posizione e stanze accogliente.

Cons:

Stanze troppo rumorose se nelle stanze vicine fanno casino, ho perso diverse ore di sonno per via di vicini fastidiosi e non essendoci personale con cui interfacciarsi all’interno della struttura ti devi arrangiare

Pros:

El alojamiento está limpio y la decoración es moderna. Esta bien ubicado, a unos pocos minutos de la estación de metro de Marbel Arch, lo que hace fácil moverse por la ciudad. Cerca del alojamiento hay varios restaurantes para desayunar y cenar.

Cons:

No te permiten acceder al alojamiento hasta las 15:00 ni si quiera a dejar las maletas, no dan este servicio, lo que es bastante fastidio si tu vuelo llega temprano como era nuestro caso.

En cuanto a la habitación, el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba el agua y desbordaba. Igualmente, el desagüe del lavabo no tragaba bien el agua y se quedaba estancada.
Por otra parte, la luz principal de la habitación no funcionaba.

Por último, la persona que atiende por teléfono fue muy desagradable al trato y no nos ayudó con ninguna de las cuestiones que necesitábamos, una atención pésima

Mi è piaciuto il sistema di check in by yourself. Però penso che non potrebbe piacere a tutti, soprattutto alle persone che non sono digitalmente competenti. Posizione ottimale, piccolo ma per due e perfetto.

Cons:

Il lavandino piccolo. Il letto era durissimo.
