A hotel to absolutely avoid — disorganized, uncooperative, and careless with guests' belongings.

I booked three rooms for three colleagues, clearly selecting the "booking for someone else" option and specifying the guest name for each room on Booking.com during the booking process. Two guests were staying one night, and the third was staying two nights.

After the first night, the property called to tell me that one of the departing guests had left luggage in his room. We agreed they would move it to the room of the colleague staying a second night. The first issue here is telling: the hotel apparently has no luggage storage facility at all.

That evening, the remaining guest discovered that staff had actually moved HIS own luggage into a different room — one that had not been cleaned and was left absolutely filthy. Meanwhile, the other two guests confirmed they had checked out properly in the morning without leaving anything behind, so the hotel's account of events did not even add up.

Faced with this, I asked management to send someone promptly to clean the room. They refused, saying that at 6:30–7:00 pm they had no one available to do it. There was zero willingness to fix a situation that was entirely their fault.

In the end, the guest had to move to another hotel — and no refund or compensation was offered.

Complete lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer care. I would strongly advise anyone to book elsewhere.

We could not leave our bags at the property prior to check in which is very important for travellers when there is a 4 hour difference between check out and check in

The customer service at this hotel is probably one of the worst I have ever received, you never get to see any staff its all done over the phone and when you do need help with something you don't get it anyway I would defiantly not recommend this hotel and would stay away at all cost.

Room was quite small

No reception so no bag storage, etc. My view out of the window was a brick wall and bin bags. An unwashed cushion was on the pillow covered in hair. Walls are thin enough to hear the person in the next room vomiting.

Oda cok kucuktu, hele yatak kesinlikle 2 kisi icin cok rahatsiz ve kucuktu. Klima calismiyordu.
