there must be better options near marble arch
Pros:

The room was easy to find. The room was clean, The shower was good.

Cons:

Check in process was unecessarily complicated although the stff were helpful in dealing with the issue. The room was small, it was very noisy from within the hotel, Twice during the night somebody tried to enter my room.

Läget var fantastiskt.

Cons:

Rummet var alldeles för lite vilket inte var det största problemet. Sängen som skulle vara för två var alldeles för liten, omöjligt att sova. Fick heller ingen hjälp med detta av personalen.

Aucun personnel sur place et aucun service de nettoyage sur toute la semaine pour la chambre. Chambre en sous-sol (non mentionné sur l'annonce) donc très peu de luminosité, espace très petit. La fenêtre donnait sur les poubelles. Murs extrêmement sales. Mini frigo qui fait du chaud au lieu de froid... Quand nous sommes arrivés à 17h30 la chambre n'était pas faite (check-in 15h) et était dans un état horrible. Le prix est exorbitant pour cette prestation.

It was very convenient and near to where we needed to go. Easy access to the property, checkin and check out was easy. Q
Pros:

Clean, ground floor easy access.

Cons:

Very cramped. Too warm and the air con wasn’t working. No teaspoons for coffee. Shower gel dispenser not working so had to use shampoo.

Beliggenhed ok

Cons:

Sengen til to personer er 120 cm. Der var kun en dyne. Gardinet var gået i stykker og kontanter man dem som skal hjælpe sker der intet andet end de undskylder. Pengeskabet virkede heller ikke. Og de gad ikk komme med en dyne mere trods flere henvendelser. Find et andet sted at booke

Lovely hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Property is in a good location and has been renovated to a good standard, price was reasonable and received good communication prior and during stay.

Cons:

Only one pillow each provided, made it a little difficult to get comfortable. There were also no spoons available for the tea and coffee.

Nice hotel in down town
Pros:

It's a nice place, near all neccessary services, bus, Hyde park, Selfridges and Oxford Street. There are a lot of restaurants and pub juste outside of hotel. All clear, there was a water in the room.

Cons:

Unfortunatly my room was at last floor (4rd floor) with high scale without lift, so it was a little bit difficult with a luggage. The Windows was to internar corte, so there was a light noise durante the night. The curtains doesnt work and, unfortunatly also wifi (may be only for me) bur they help me to solve it.

Convenient but stressful.
Pros:

It was good value for a central London venue. It was clean and modern.

Cons:

The expectation that a customer would read the small print regarding needing ID. Domestic customers would not expect to have to provide a passport. Is this a scam to raise more funds? Luckily I had a photo of my passport on my phone or I would have lost the money and been stuck in London without accommodation.
The small print in every hotel e-mail has been generic ‘can’t check in until 1500 etc.’

Splendid
Pros:

The location was perfect, we had the triple room and it was spacious like shown in the pictures exactly. The bed and everything was very comfortable. The checkin was easy and smooth.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The check in was annoying, self check in but irritating, took a long time for assistance. Door card stopped working when I went out in the morning. Walks off rooms looked terrible but otherwise clean. Cheap and basic but lacking human to check in or too respond was annoying
