Ωραίο μεγάλο δωμάτιο,ωραία θέα,κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά εκτυφλωτικός ήλιος το πρωί.

Δεν έχει σκούρες κουρτίνες ούτε πατζούρια και ο ήλιος σε χτυπάει στα μάτια μόλις ανατείλει και αντανακλάται σε δύο τεράστιους καθρέφτες και δεν έχεις ελπίδα να κοιμηθείς αν δεν έχεις μάσκα για τα μάτια.Ο δρόμος είναι βρώμικος με σκουπίδια όπως κι όλο το Παλέρμο.

Die Touristensteuer kostet 4 € pro Person (nicht 2 € wie angekündigt).

Posizione centrale dietro cattedrale di Palermo.
Presente in casa il phon.
L'acqua calda.
Caffettiera con caffè a disposizione.
Arredamento antico.
Letto molto comodo.

Cons:

La terrazza troppo trascurata, anche perché la nostra scelta per il pernottamento si basava principalmente su quello, ma le foto non rappresentano purtroppo il vero.

Nel bagno presente l'essenziale, non ci sono appendini per gli asciugamani e il doccino della doccia è completamente rotto.

Convenient location and clean rooms
Pros:

Perfect location and spotlessly clean room and bathroom. I usually have asthma attacks in the hotels at night, but I was asthma free during all my stay in Casa Rosa. It's honestly amazing, especially in the dry climate of Sicily.
And I adore Amore the dog. She's the cutest host.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartment mit Dachterrasse in toller Lage.
Pros:

Ein wunderschön mit alten Möbel eingerichtetes,, fast schon herrschaftlich großes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, einer kleinen Küche und einem Balkon, mühelos mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. On top gibt es eine Dachterreasse mit einem grandionsen Blick. Die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt steht zur Verfügung. Der Check-in lief problemlos ab, die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und man merkt, wie viel Mühe sie in die Renovierung der Unterkunft gelegt haben.

Cons:

Die Dachterreasse bietet zwar einen herrlichen Blick, bräuchte aber dringend eine Reinigung, v.a. die Sitzkissen waren naja. Die Küchenausstattung ist leider etwas dürftig und der (leider schlecht riechende) Kühlschrank viel zu klein.

Pros:

luksuslik,väga maitsekalt ja ajastutruult sisustatud ,väga stiilne,sisuliselt suur kõrgete lagedega korter aga tekkis lossis olemise tunne. Laitmatult puhas. Piltpostkaardi vaade Palermo katedraalile. Korrektselt renoveeritud hoone,väga ainulaadne nähtus Palermos ja lõuna pool Itaalias üldiselt. Autoga reisijatele võimalus parkida maja ligidal asuval parkimisalal mis on väga suur luksus vanalinnas.Majaomanikud ise (vanem abielupaar) olid kohapeal ja ülimalt abivalmid.

Cons:

puudus vähimgi tähistus,viide majutusasutusele. Majal polnud numbrit, ilma Google Mapsi abita poleks õiget hoonet üles leidnud. Lähim ümbruskond on valdavalt räämas ,prügine . Aga selline ongi ehe elu seal kohapeal.Kes on puhtuse friigid ärge parem Palermosse minge. Wifi levi vilets. Aga kui lähete ,siis majutuge Casa Rosas,need väikesed puudused oli pisiasi (et eestlaslikult oleks millegigi üle viriseda)

The location is superb, walking distance to all the landmarks, restaurants etc. Mellie and Michael our hosts were marvellous and couldn’t do enough for us.

Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto! Casa pulitissima e accogliente, comodissima per visitare tutta la città a piedi (non abbiamo mai preso un mezzo o un taxi). Una chicca che lascia a bocca aperta è il grande terrazzo accessibile a tutti gli ospiti, dal quale si vede la città dall'alto con le sue attrazioni principali.
Ringraziamo tantissimo i proprietari, persone disponibilissime, gentili e sempre sorridenti, con i quali abbiamo scambiato qualche piacevole chiacchiera e un abbraccio finale.
Un grande grazie e speriamo di vederci presto!

Zentral gelegen.
Terasse mit schöner Aussicht
Da es geregnet hatte waren die Kissen voll nass . Ein gedeckter Platz würde die Terasse voll aufwerten.
Küche grosszügig hell und mit einem kleinen Balkon auf die Gasse.
Ideal zum Tee und Kaffee kochen.
Hat einen Lift , was sehr praktisch ist da die Wendeltreppe seht eng ist.

Cons:

Parkplatz eher schwierig zu kriegen.

Nur ein Leintuch zum zudecken.
Eine kleine Decke wäre angenehm.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen wieder.
Pros:

Wunderschönes, zentral gelegenes, großes und sehr sauberes Appartement mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage. Exzellentes Ristorantino um die Ecke. Sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Inhaberehepaar. Shuttleservice zum Flughafen!
