Pros:

Loved how clean and friendly the staff were throughout my stay. Walking distance to many museums.

Cons:

Area made me feel uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. Also one of the evenings men were gathered outside until the early morning hours being quite loud in conversation and rowdiness. I am unsure if this is a consistent occurrence however it made it difficult to feel completely refreshed the next day.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; tolles Frühstück; gute Lage: sehr nah an Stachus - Station, somit in wenigen Minuten in Innenstadt.
Klimagerät im Zimmer war Gold wert!

They gave us rooms that were not close to each other so I had the kids three floors away …
When I complaint the service desk told me that his colleague was new :-(
Breakfast was poor not value for money and closes too early 1000 even on Sunday

Cons:

I do not recomend this hotel for people with kids. There is a stip club directly across the street and windows are directed right to it. Overlall location it sketchy. And the cherry on on top - they gave keys to our room to another guests. And if that was not enought - our key stoped working after it. And we had to wait in the evening at empty reception to fix it.

Boa localização para chegar e sair da cidade.
Pros:

O hotel é bem proximo à estação de trem, o que facilita bastante a mobilidade pela cidade. O pessoal do atendimento foi gentil e resolveu meus problemas na chegada. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Não recebi o quarto correspondente à minha reserva na chegada e tive que reclamar para resolver. Segundo me informaram, o hotel estava lotado, o que não justifica. Por fim, acabou tudo bem na segunda noite, mas, o aborrecimento poderia ter sido evitado.
Como viajava sozinha, não me senti muito segura para transitar a noite pela região.
