A lovely stay
Pros:

Great location, lovely room, comfy and no noise from adjacent rooms, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

In-room coffee machine didn’t work (room 503), everything else was great!

Sauber. Einrichtung gut. Betten bequem

Cons:

Frühstück war eher mangelhaft. Gerade das warme Essen sah aus als würde es seit Stunden da liegen und das ca 30 Minuten nachdem das Frühstückbuffet zugänglich war. Und dabei war es dann nur noch lau warm

o.k, aber die Betten teilweise zu schmal
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel eigentlich auch sehr hübsch. Vegane Aufstriche und Milchalternative zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht. Ein Doppelzimmer war vergleichsweise sehr klein und auch das eine Bett für 2 Personen mit Kleidergröße 38 defintiv zu schmal.
Obwohl wir im 5. Stock waren und die Fenster geschlossen hatten, war es sehr laut ( Lärm, Müllabfuhr, Kehrmaschine etc.) Die Lage mit Nähe zu HBF und Altstadt ist gut, aber das Viertel ist nicht unbedingt für Familien geeignet. ( Stripbars, Partymeile, etc.)
Frühstück war o.k, aber nicht besonders ausgefallen. Im Frühstücksraum war wohl die Heizregulierung defekt, da dort 27 Grad Raumtemperatur herrschte und es ziemlich warm war.
