Mineral water was provided.
The flush was not operational.
The place was abit far from the city center so its very peaceful. We were greeted by the caretaker who was very easy to talk to. The unit was generally clean, wifi was fast and drinking water was free. You can also cook in their gas stove for free! We even got free tomatoes from the caretaker for breakfast. The AC inside the bedroom was very good too.
No water heater on the shower but thats okay since they provide a kettle, but i think they need to provide a bigger pail/timba.

I like the way it is. An entire apartment that you can easily access. Very cool place even though the weather outside is terrible. We booked 3 rooms and everybody was very satisfied.
It only has a very few pillows, no side tables, no tv in the bedroom. These are just my thoughts that at least to be there as an add on.
Though our booking is non-refundable, they still processed our request for a refund because of an unforeseen event. The owner is easy to communicate with and very understandable..
