A gorgeous stay in the cbd
Pros:

The room was lovely, it felt spacious and was very clean. Good sized tv and bed. The wide windows overlooking the water were perfect for watching the sunset in the morning.

Cons:

This isn’t just the Hilton but applies to many hotels worldwide but I hate when hotels preach being eco conscious and saving water etc but then do not have plant milk available in rooms. The easiest way to cut down on water consumption is through the consumption of plants over animals. I was offered a cookie at checkin that I was told was animal free but upon looking at the label it had more than one animal product present. The staff were lovely but maybe need to be more aware when asking about allergies. Not a big deal but would’ve been nice to have an inclusive snack upon arrival.

Central location. Good vibe. Great staff. Some room for improvement but you're solid
Pros:

Location good. The warm arrival cookies were an absolute treat. The staff were next level helpful and brilliant and they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They really made the stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Breakfast was the reason you didn't get a super duper score. The fruit was old. The selection of fruit very limited and poorly presented. Milk options limited. When you ran out there was no-one to refill or replace, top up milk or juice. It felt poorly laid out and let down what was an otherwise excellent experience. Apart from the mattress. Which was lumpy.
