the communication 👏 was very good.
the staff was very friendly.
the building was very beautiful and clean.
the only thing I didn't like was no parking area left for me to park my car.
but I found parking places right across the street from the hotel.
it was fine for me.
Excellent service
Parking
The location was perfect. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds
There was limited parking availability. You can’t pre book the parking and it was very difficult with children having to use street / paid parking.
Very clean, quiet and lovely rooms. Easy to work system. Room service was fast! Food was delicious. My father absolutely loved breakfast. The view from my room was beautiful. When it was quiet time the pool was great.
A lifeguard at the pool might be a good investment. It got very rowdy and the parents weren't watching. Both my father and I left the area twice because of kids dive bombing and fighting in the water. One group caused my disabled father to injure his knee just trying to get in. The mothers response was to be rude and tell them to "cannonball" us. Was a horrible experience...
Loved how the rooms were cleaned everyday. Room service was excellent.
I was very disappointed to see them offering walnut cookies as a welcome. My 7 year old is anaphylaxis for nuts and specifically walnuts. And to see everyone walking around eating these cookies and touching everything, we had to be very cautious when he touched anything. A simple chocolate chip cookie would have been perfect.
Also to find out when we got there, there is hardly any parking on the street and had to pay $37 per day for parking was ridiculous.
Rooms were absolutely tiny.
Great hotel for a short stay in Hobart, close to everything, lovely pool and delicious buffet breakfast
Clean rooms, great staff, amazing cookies at check in., good sauna
Nothing
Great location in walking distance to everything you need in the city. The room was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was good they had parking available as parking in the city was quite difficult. And the welcome cookie was a lovely gift on arrival.
I wanted to use the pool but it was always loud and busy with young kids splashing and jumping around. They did have a quiet time for adults but I was travelling with my 15yo so that didn't suit us either.
