اللطيف بالزياره للمكان موظفات الاستقبال فقط

بعد ما دخلت الغرفه وفتحت ستاره الصاله للاسف لقينا فوط صحيه موجوده خلف الستاره
وايضا مكيف الغرفه حار
ايضا انا متاكده اني نسيييت خاتم على مغسله دوره المياه وتم نكرانه بعد الجيك اوت رغم اني غضيت النظر عن وصاخه الغرفه لكن الامان بالفندق فوق كل شي
ارجو التواصل معاي بخصوص مساله الخاتم

الفندق غير واثق من أمن ممتلكاتك !

عند الدخول طلبو مني توقيع ورقة تفيد بأن الفندق غير مسئول عن سرقة ممتلكاتك داخل الغرفة او اي مكان داخل الفندق! موظف الاستقبال الاخ عماد كان متعاون جداً ولغى اللحجز بدون دفع المبلغ لكن سياسة الفندق اعطتني احساس بعدم الامان وتم التوجه لهيلتون خلفه ولم يطلبو مني اي توقيع على ورقة مماثلة!
