Great staff and great food
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly, Cooked breakfast was delicious. we had a bar meal that was lovely and didnt cost the earth. Great pint of Guinness too !

Cons:

Its an old pub with some rooms at the back, they are basic and looking a little worn but for the money its an absolute bargain. No complaints from me, I would happily stay there again.

It was a convenient place whilst visiting friends in area. Staff lovely.

Cons:

Furniture very shabby. Bed springs very noisy every time you moved. It’s a very old property and very tired looking from the outside..although inside was recently decorated in places.

Cons:

The hotel was desperately in need of a complete refurb job ! Really disappointed with the hotel it was as if it has been allowed to fall into disrepair ! Very few staff . Will not return !

Relaxing, and friendly. could not be anymore helpful
Pros:

The staff Luke and Ben were so friendly. Mike in the Kitchen that cooked our breakfast, I do not eat fried foods so he was very kind and made me a couple of poached eggs which were exceptional. started my day off nicely. we had a busy day ahead and set me up for the day. We met the lady that owns the Crown and she was so friendly and chatted with us for quite some time. This was our second visit in the last couple of weeks and will return again for a more leisurely time next time.

I can not think of anything they could have improved on.
