A relaxing break away from the city’s noise.
Pros:

Set in the hills amidst lush green scenery. The night we were there we managed to see lots of fireflies dancing in the dark which made the property even more magical and the scene looked like one from a Ghibli animation. The service and staff were very attentive and polite, we enjoyed the vast space and wondering around the property.

Cons:

The property was a little dated and showing wear and tear.

Great traditional stay
Pros:

Beautiful traditional stay with all the amenities. Close to downtown and to ropeway. Excellent traditional baths, dinner and breakfast. The most comfortable beds of our Japan travels!

This is a beautiful hotel, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Everything in the town closes really early, so it would have been nice to have been given advance notice that the restaurants in the hotel require a reservation. I arrived at 4pm (solo) and all the restaurants were already full. I asked where I can eat, and was told the hotel has a shop. So, in a 5 star hotel, I ended up eating 7 eleven cup noodles in my room. Hotel restaurants should be able to accommodate all hotel guests in a town where there's nothing else available.
The hotel is uphill so if you have luggage when you arrive and are unable to call the hotel shuttle (no advance booking) get a taxi.

還蠻不錯的
Pros:

我覺得各方面服務都還蠻好的
吃的用的睡覺的環境跟洗澡環境都還蠻乾淨
飯店提供的試用包也超級好用
有點可惜沒有在禮品店順便買
服務用餐的人也很好

因為還蠻怕吵的還有也很怕灰塵，但這住沒有這些問題
