Lovely stay in Narok
Pros:

The staff is very kind and friendly.
The food is excellent.

Cons:

Wi-Fi connection in our room wasn't very stable. Hot water took a it too long to arrive, but it arrived in the end.

This is the best hotel now in Narok.
Pros:

The bar is very well stocked and is a fun place to go to after a long day on bumpy roads! The staff were able to arrange last minute buffets for impromptu meetings, and were very flexible.

Cons:

The bathrooms are still not quite finished to the high quality of the rest of the rooms, but they are of a decent size.

Absolutely the best staff in entire Kenya. Truly an exceptional experience. Would definitely come back to this place!

Felt safe

Cons:

No aircon.
Suggest signs on tables in the atrium area requesting guests to whisper as the sound travels into the surrounding rooms. After 9pm it should be a quiet zone

Definitely worth revisiting.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, Enkipai exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, the check-in was flawless. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a cozy ambience and a comfortable bed. The hot water bottle was a nice touch. The best part of our stay was the food. It was amazing. Breakfast was a feast, we really were spoilt for choice (the bone soup was to die for.) I'd give the Enkipai Hill Hotel an A+ rating, I cannot wait to be back.

It felt like home
Pros:

My room was absolutely spotless and incredibly cozy, with a thoughtful touch—a hot water bottle tucked into the bed, which made it even more inviting. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the delicious beef broth, a real standout. The chef and staff are clearly at the top of their game, ensuring everything is just right. I also loved the bar and the garden—both perfect spots to relax and unwind. I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

I loved everything about this place and I will definitely be back.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. The food was fresh and very tasty. I was hesitant at first to come here due to a review I read about the rooms and windows but I must say my fears were unfounded. The rooms were fabulous with large windows and very airy.

Cons:

The internet was a little spotty but as I was here for only one night it did not bother me too much.

Totally enjoyable and excellent value for money
Pros:

The meals were excellently prepared and fresh, the staff very friendly and professional. One of my best stays in recent years. Would definitely recommend and return for an even longer stay.

Pros:

The rooms look really nice on the pictures, but there are no outside windows. This means a lot of noise from the restaurant in the room till after midnight.
