The photos of the rooms are totally fake, they are not even close to what they offer, just an old blanket covering the bed, everything looks old and not in a good state. They don’t offer any amenities, the only thing you can find in the bathroom is one toilet paper, not event hand soap. The condition of the place is deplorable. The only reason I stayed is because I arrived to Cozumel very late at night and I didn’t want to spend the night wandering out looking for another place. You can find better hostels cheaper and in better shape.

La habitación es un fraude... el colchón horrible, no dan jabón ni shampo, no hay agua caliente no ganchos para colgar ropa, las puertas no cierran bien, (hacen mal los cobro)... lo único bueno es su ubicación y nada más

La habitación no correspondía a la que reservé , no si es culpa de booking pero me dieron una habitación con 3 camas, un aire acondicionado oxidado, no sábanas , no toallas , no papel sanitario , ni jabón ni nada y el mueble del baño casi cayéndose . Fui a lobby y dije que no correspondía mi habitación y me dijeron que otra chica estaba cancelando reservaciones y era la única que quedaba , se ve que dan preferencia a extranjeros

La camera puzzava di muffa, la struttura è fatiscente. La porta di ingresso continuava a sbattere anche se chiusa e il bagno puzzava di fogna

No proper attached safe. Mattress is too hard. Did not match the picture at all. WiFi strength is medium-low.

La habitación no era la que pedi

Mucha ruido de noche por los bares muy cerca

Que no había agua caliente, sábanas sucias, instalaciones en mal estado y cobraron mas

Mucho ruido en la parte trasera , taladros y maquinaria a las 10 y 11 de la noche !!!
