not satisfied..we have confirmation..but they didn't give room to us
Pros:

nothing is good with me.. they cancel my booking without knowing me..and I am suffering whole day for that find another stay.. I am not staying there that staff don't allow to us stay in hotel..we have booking confirmation still ..I am not getting room.

Cons:

they are didn't give room to us....and deny ..but we have confirmation..I need compensation for that....

A relaxing and pleasant stay — I’d happily come back again. 🌟
Pros:

I really liked how clean and comfortable the rooms were, and the staff were always polite and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of choices to start the day right. The location was excellent — easy to reach nearby places while still quiet enough to relax.

Everything was wonderful — there was truly nothing to dislike. The stay was smooth, comfortable, and well taken care of in every way, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendly staff, the tasty breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere. I arrived by 8.00 pm I was made to wait till 10.45 pm. Nothing good here. Room service not proper.

I arrived by 8.00 pm I was made to wait till 10.45 pm. They had given my slot to other. The room was not cleaned... Properly and I wasn't given any response. Please do not go to this hotel.. It only has 2 rooms on top of a shop...
