Got told by staff we would have a beach viewing room. Get there and it was facing the opposite direction. On top of that, bathroom was falling apart, dirty cups, and blanket was stained.

Pros:

Very helpful and understanding when I lost my room key

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly carpets where dirty. The curtains had stains all over them and the aircon was leaking a few bad repair jobs made the room look tacky.

Nothing, it was over priced, false advertising, not all rooms had air con as advertised, beds were short sheeted and the underlay was exposed by a foot at the end of the bed, the main bed was a zip together. And 2 different heights, one was soft the other was hard. Damage to mirror, walls, curtains, rust on chairs, broke stools, couch was all lumpy and uncomfortable
Stove top was covered in cleaning cream and was white
