nothing, but only the Bar and kitchen employees are doing their very best

Cons:

The breakfast omelet was the tiniest thing anyone could see. I never asked anything; I arrived two days after my original booking date and missed two days. However, because my flight was at 4 p.m. on Saturday, I checked out early and stayed in the lobby. I asked for a glass of water, but they refused to give it to me. This is how awful and bad they are. There is no air conditioning, and I arrived in the lobby with 35 degrees and 80% humidity. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights.

Genuine I guess
Pros:

The cleanliness, serenity, spaciousness and how friendly everyone was. I genuinely loved staying at Peacock.

Cons:

When I arrived, there was an event going on that was extremely noisy. The receptionist did apologize about it upon arrival but it ran so late and I couldn't sleep after hours of travel that I had to go sit by the pool till late.

Please consider putting a fridge in the rooms? It felt like I was getting tortured to drink warm water in that heat and I couldn't even access icecubes by the bar. I wanted to cry honestly 🤣

But overall, this is a hotel I will be staying at again if I decide to go back to Mtwapa.

Pros:

Only room was good and some of food we ordered separately its little better

Cons:

They charged us for different things
As we booked on Booking.com as 2 adults and 1 child
They charged child on desk, they charged for AC room and they charged for breakfast even I booked for bed and breakfast.
Also service was very bad, they mention different items on menu and they didn't have also taking a lots of time for servicing.
Completely disappointed 😞

I had a pleasant stay overall. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming—always ready to assist with a smile, which I truly appreciated. My room was consistently clean, and I’d like to commend the housekeeping lady for her kindness and attention to detail.

Cons:

While I was looking forward to enjoying the pool, I found it difficult to relax due to the presence of insects that seemed to irritate the skin. Additionally, the dining experience could be improved—the kitchen staff were not very engaging, and the lack of variety in the meals was a bit disappointing.
