Easy, comfortable, elegant and welcoming.
Pros:

Parking in the Tiefgarage was easy, with slightly bigger spaces than in some hotels. The man on reception was really helpful and welcoming, and stayed on to greet us even though we arrived a bit later than planned. He told me he loves his job and was clearly very proud of the hotel. The room was peaceful, elegant and comfortable, and we were delighted to find pieces of Bienenstichkuchen - a lovely touch. Thank you. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice of quality foods. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel as we stayed on a Sunday.

Cons:

A charging point for the car could be installed in the Tiefgarage.

Fijn hotel met uitstekend restaurant en leuke wijnbar
Pros:

Mooie kamer, goed bed, goede douche, snelle wifi. Goed restaurant en leuke wijnbar.

Cons:

Stopcontact bij bureau ontbrak waardoor je onder de tafel een stekker van een lamp moet verwijderen. Ontbijt kan beter, nu liggen de eieren aan te bakken in een warmhoudbak.

Schönes Wochenende in einem kleinen Örtchen am Rhein. Kann man machen!
Pros:

Die Suite war modern und geräumig. Integrierte Restaurants haben sehr gute Qualität und es war die richtige Wahl, dort einen Tisch zu reservieren.

Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Besonderes Hotel im Herzen von Andernach. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer sehr gepflegt und toll ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, einfach ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.

Zum Schlafen perfekt, zum Essen nicht!
Pros:

Das Hotel war super, das Personal sehr freundlich (die Dame am Empfang sogar schon eher drüber)

Cons:

Das Restaurant, bzw. der Service war unterirdisch!!! Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert, saßen über eine Stunde bis überhaupt mal was zum Trinken kam.... die Preise sehr angehoben. Dafür erwarten wir mehr!
