Fraud from Treebo

Nothing, non friendly staff, denied breakfast

Cons:

Very poor condition of the room, do not go with the photos you are seeing on booking. First it is not treebo, it's a Oyo kind of room, they are allowing rooms to the couples for hourly charges. Breakfast time is shown till 10.30 AM but denied breakfast after 9.30 AM only. No help from Treebo, additionally they will not give you GST bill hardcopy. Very poor condition of the room, no cleanliness.

I stayed briefly at Treebo in Nagpur and was impressed—staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. A short but pleasant experience overall.

Need to improve in certain areas for sure.
Pros:

Sonali considered request to stay after check out time.

Cons:

Bathroom doesn't have option to keep tissue papers. Towels were stinking and need to be changed.
Room make up not done. When asked answer was not satisfactory. In same amount or rather less I had better options but I chose this thinking it's MTDC and it was close to my work area.

Pros:

Location near to places I wanted to visit.
staff is courteous

Cons:

Room not ready at the designated time of Check-in. Waited for 15 minutes for the room to be ready
The Wi-fi connection was poor in the room and not resolved till I left the hotel despite repeated requests
Dental kit had to be asked for
The linen was not very clean, bath towel torn
