Marvellous in every respect, would come back anytime.
Pros:

Great hotel, very well equipped. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Wonderful pool on the roof with amazing views, very good service with loveliest staff who really look after you very well.
They have a water dispenser to reduce trash and the breakfast was fantastic and really varied. They even had the tastiest Uttapam!
They offer utmost support and flexibility with check-in and -out and changes of plan, also during times of the Iranian war. We felt so welcome!

Cons:

It would be nice if the pool could be open until 9. Also the breakfast was disappointing. Lots of food but I didn’t think it was very tasty. Still I will give a very good rating because we liked it a lot.

Everything was wonderful!

Cons:

just one minor detail wasn't perfect: the AC always switched on automatically when I left the room. It was possible to switch it off manually when you are in the room, but whenever you leave the room, it comes on again. The negative consequence (besides wasting energy) was that my towels didn't dry as quickly as I'd have liked it. However, this did not at all affect my comfort when I was in the room.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und super Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto Muscat zu erkunden.
Pros:

Praktische Tiefgarage. Schöner Rooftop-Pool. Gut ausgestattetes Fitness-Center. Große Zimmer (gemütliches Bett). Schönes Dampfbad, das man benutzen konnte. Ausreichend Auswahl beim Frühstück (inkl. Eier-Station).

Cons:

Teilweise wenig hilfreiche Auskunft bei der Rezeption erhalten. Wegen Ramadan: absolute Abschottung beim Frühstück (Sichtschutz zur Lobby, Komplett abgedunkelte Außenscheiben zur Straße, Labyrinth-Eingang durch mehrere Paravents). Außerdem blieb die Pool-Bar bis Sonnenuntergang leider komplett geschlossen und servierte nicht einmal Antialkoholisches, obwohl dort ausschließlich Touristen waren.
