Gli omani erano bravi, però solo come manager.

Stanza senza insetti.

Gli altri (indiani, nepali e srilankesi) lavoratori erano non educati per servire agli esseri umani e servono con doppio standard. Agli arabi con kandura (vestito tradizionale) aprivano la porta, a me no perché indossavo jeans. Ignoranza totale.

Pros:

The overall hotel experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were all extremely helpful, especially Mr.Anas who went above and beyond to assist me with my booking, including offering late checkout when he found out that my flight would depart late and I had nowhere to stay. The supervisor, Mr. Humaid Al Saeedi, was also super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. This hotel will be my go-to place whenever im in Oman.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

The room, the staff, the pool and the breakfast were amazing.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing and some hallways were a bit dusty (minor detail)
