Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал. Заселили раньше срока. Организовали прекрасный трансфер. Чисто, хорошо убирают. Отличное месторасположение.

Cons:

Отель уже немного устал и требует ремонта. В номере холодильник работал, но не холодил 😅 Завтрак не очень разнообразный

Pros:

Beds were comfy. Manager was friendly. Water availability was a bonus. View is beautiful from the dining area. The tea tasted good and the fact that it was available all the time is great. The ladies cleaned everyday.

Cons:

Serving ladies could have been more friendly and accommodating. Took very long to remove dirty dishes from our table on the first day. Food is average to below average. Why keep on putting food that the people aren't eating? Needs more variety in dishes.Juice in machine tastes awful.No one showed us the pool if they still had one. We were burning up and a swim would've been nice. There is a pic of a pool in the hotel advertisement online though.The room is plain with no pics, need some decor. Shower is dangerous and slippery. Communication not good as English is not known to them. Maybe that could've made a difference. Otherwise it's ok by their standards.

Pros:

The location was good — close to the train stop and center spots in Istanbul and the staff were really nice and friendly. If they improve a few things, it could be a much better experience.

Cons:

The hotel is not bad, but unfortunately, the photos on Booking didn’t match reality. There was no pool, even though it's shown in the pictures, and the air conditioning wasn’t working during my stay. Also, the noise from the breakfast area in the mornings was quite loud and made it hard to rest.
